The staff's friendliness saved the day, for them, Everyone from security, front desk, wait staff - was warm and welcoming. Some even had the sincerest SMILE I have ever seen. ππ
Several areas of concerns are, however :
- The Housekeeping staff who was in charge of my floor, had a seriiously BAD BODY ODOUR problem: ome that would stay and linger in the room and even in the corridor.
- The food served during Breakfast was varied enough. However, the quality needs major improvement. For example, the CEREAL that I had was the most artificial tasting cereal ever! It was actually quite disgusting. And the service in the PADI Restaurant can be improved, for example: No one cared enough to EMPTY THE ASH TRAYS in the smoking area; also, quite a few times, NO STAFF was seen on the fooors, it seemed as if they were βgatheringβ somewhere that would not be visible by the guests on purpose!
- The Saftey Deposit Box was not working properly and needed fixing. Someone from ROOMS Dept or ENGINEERING Dept should regularly check every room periodically, without fail!
- Last but not least, the pillow in my room smelled like something rotten / a dead rat. Very disgusting
