Thurrock West

Location pretty grim as it’s next to the Dartford Bridge and Tunnel. But once you are in you can forget about that as the rooms are decent and spacious, the restaurant is excellent for an evening meal and the breakfast is good value particularly if you go for the meal deal for dinner and breakfast. A good stay overall.

Staff friendly, food OK, hotel clean. But how do I plug my sleep apnea machine in when the only plug socket is on the other side of the room from the bed? If you'd mentioned this I'd have looked at Travel Lodge or Ibis instead. Premier Inn disability discrimination?

I stayed at this hotel before ones,this time came with other half. It was amazing ,the check in wad very quick and smooth. The room vas very big,clean,the bed is very compfy. We had a dinner in the restaurant,it was tasty,we also had a breakfast it was a lot of choice . There is a parking with a lot of spaces.

Renata is a shining Example of service with a smile. I've been coming to this West Thurrock for too long, for work. Renata, remembers my choice of drinks and food pref without asking. She is always happy to help. All of the Premier Inns I've been to, need to follow the example Renata sets. Been to 10/15 inns. Renata stands out way above the other staff members I have dealt with.

Great stay at family friendly hotel,very comfy beds,spacious rooms,clean, the staff very friendly treat you with respect. Breakfast tasty,dinner very presentive and delicious .Parking on site with a lot of space. You feel safe. Also made my day more happy when I found in the room little treats.

I have stayed a few times here and have always had a peaceful sleep, which has not been the case at other locations. The staff are really friendly and professional, any problems are dealt with to the best of their ability, especially if I call in advance of my stay to check any extra details required eg twin rooms. Paid an extra £10 for an early check-in, as sometimes have to wait until 3pm for the rooms to be cleaned. There are a lot of rooms to clean between the 12pm check out and 3pm check-in, so I can appreciate the difficulty of completing the task earlier. I do not eat the food as use the local restaurants in town, but was advised before my stay that the neighbouring site where food was available was opened at certain times due to renovations, and to call reception if there was any concerns. A great price for a fleeting stay with lovely staff. Would recommend.
