Basic amenities were not given to us including kettle and tea/coffee sachet. Bedding was dirty, flooring and bathroom are way too bad and old, tap were not functioning properly. They charged way too high for a very nominal room with absolutely no hygiene and basic amenities.

Location is excellent as it is nearer to the main temple. Food was good and the staff were very cordial. The only area where focus is required is timings of restaurant / room service as it starts only after 7. 00 am

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and aggressive, and they even stated that they don’t care about customer feedback. The establishment itself was unhygienic, raising serious concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the billing practices were questionable, with charges that seemed inflated and not transparent. I would caution others to be mindful when visiting, as the experience was both unpleasant and felt dishonest

A perfect hotel in Puri if your purpose of the trip is to visit the holy shrine of Lord Jagannath at different hours of the day since the temple is 250 meters away from the temple. It is a pure veg with lots of options although not necessarily every item will be available always. The restaurant has flies and they must instal a fly catcher to make the experience better. Room was on the front with a big balcony overlooking the Grand Road which is ever busy. Over all very nice stay. Helpful staff all around.

Stay was good quite as per our wish as we had opted to stay on the bada danda nearby to the temple. Food was also nice pure vegetarian. I wish they could provide food at our room as and when required. Otherwise experience was quite good.

Location is very good. But lift is not working. Price is little bit higher. Room service is good. Location of the hotel is the best one
