Hotel staff behaviour is very cooperative and supportive. Food of this hotel i good and breakfast is very healthy

Room service was poor. No intro phone facilities. Room not as per expectations. Mosquitoes and cockroaches seen. The bathroom was untidy and leakages noticed. Tv was not functional.

Location wise hotel is not bad, but it's a veg restaurant which is a big problem for us, room service is not upto the mark.

You have to call multiple time just to get the service done. no tea no hot water machine to make tea coffee, tv channels not working

lift is not working properly. Toilet is not up to the mark w.r.t. cleanliness. Balcony provided is very small.

I heard about the hotel from one of my colleagues. The hotel is far from sea and the rooms were average. We booked ac super delux rooms but in one of the rooms the ac was not working properly.

Location is ok, but room and food is not good enough qualitywise.
Need to focus fully on heigine and quality of food.
Rooms need maintenance in all aspects.
