We had 2 very senior citizens. Still we were allotted rooms where we had to climb a number of stairs every time to reach our rooms. There were DJ musics going on till late midnight The lawns were unusable due to marriage party We had to pay even for 3 extra hours.

HHR never fails to amaze me! This is the 5th time I've stayed here starting from 2015. Close your eyes and trust the services of this hotel, you won't be disappointed. Their hospitality, food, location, transport access everything's a plus point. Being a lover of prace and calm, their private beach access is a cherry on the cake. Whether be for a night or a long stay, you have all types of room and all the amenities one requires under a single roof and reasonable rates. Long live HHR!!

don't expect this is a 4 or 5 star, it is just 2 to 3 star, lacks cleanliness, rooms are below average, I stayed in cottage room which cost 10K, the room is not worth it, it should not be more than 3 to 4K. Stay in other small hotels with less price as these rooms are same the other small hotels.

*Disappointing Experience at Hotel Holiday Resort Puri*I must emphasize that this hotel is primarily a marriage house and not suitable for individual families. Unfortunately, the staff did not treat us as valued guests. The hotel's facilities, including the restaurant, pool, and recreation room, are geared towards group parties, such as weddings and anniversary celebrations. As a single family, we were not allowed to access these facilities, even for breakfast. We had to order room service, which was inconvenient. Overall, our experience at Hotel Holiday Resort Puri was subpar, and I would caution others to carefully consider their stay here, especially if traveling with family.

The hotel had rooms with completely blocked windows with hotel walls infront of it. Forget about view it was like you paid to stay in jail and they had no common balcony for people to view beach.lt was raining in December and we could not see beach at all

Been staying here for more than 20 years, I have always felt at home. Food is fantastic and so is the hospitality... The staff has been extremely cordial. As usual the property is very well maintained and sprawling. Kids will find ample room to play around and the seniors will find a lot of tranquility.

It was a memorable stay here ,so if you book a cottage it will give a shiny touch of something like Maldives or Bali. Resort staff are very helpful in all aspects. A shoutout to Ranjanaa in Reception,I found her pretty cool to ask anything ,she is a well behaved professional. We just went 2 times breakfast for Jajabara Resto ,even though I didn’t get much interaction but a definitely shoutout to Sandhya she is a very professional staff with very good behaviour,I like Mr Ravi Narayan as well in the resto. Unfortunately I forgot the name but House keeping staff leave us a great memory. We had a lunch and a dinner in room,it was absolute stunning with food and service. I really do not give 5* in service sector because there is always a possibility for improvement ,otherwise everything was good. I would suggest jajabara resto to give little training on staff professionalism not everyone but some staff I feel like need training how to behave with guests and in front of guests while talking or walking with colleagues. Thank you so much guys for a lovely memory definitely see you again shortly ❤️

Feels like home away from home with the cozy cottage stay. Warm hospitality and excellent ambience makes the stay memorable every time.Fully equipped gym and swimming pool are two main attractions for us.The adjacent beach is much less congested and really a relief from the hustle bustle and sickening smell of food items like in other busier parts.Holiday resort has become synonymous with Puri for us.

We were booked 15 rooms for our guests. No food meal plan and no breakfast is available. This hotel is not suitable for event and for the bulk booking. Also during the Checkout they create lost of problems for payment mode. They insist us for do cash payment on the spot
