The check-in took a long time. I had booked and pre-paid via trip.com but the receptionist couldn’t find the booking, though eventually did when I produced my email confirmation. The hotel is absolutely soulless. The room was adequate but with very basic furnishings. We stayed for one night as a stopover on our journey south from Battambang and I definitely wouldn’t want to stay longer.
