Panchet Residency

Very beautiful place.i am first time visited there and feel around green climate.staffs behaviour is also very good. I am delighted from service.need some facilities just like lunch room service refrigerator provide in room it's a request.

Panchet Residency is a stay nestled within lush surroundings of nature. It is spread over 6 hectares of land. The long walkways of the resort led to the foot of Panchakot hills. It is a different world within itself offering amenities beyond typical hotel offerings. The rooms here are crafted in the design of mud houses, huts and Hobbits. The DVC Panchet Dam is at a stone throw distance from here. A 24 hour long stay is not enough to explore the beauty of this destination. I wish to visit this place again.

The Agamani rooms provided by Panchet resiency were very poor. The rates were too high in comparison to the other resorts. Actually as we booked they provided worst rooms. With repeated try to connect were fruitless. repeatedly dropped the call, didn't answer the what's app. So we didn't complain about the room and amenities as well. The hotel said as we booked room rate are high but amenities were poor. It was very painful we the six senior citizens above65 had to stay there in spite of other vacant rooms.

Excellent facilities and very good and polite staff. Food was good. Location was peaceful and pleasant. The rooms have been upgraded and are very nice. Set in the midst of nature at the foothills of a hill, the stay was very refreshing. The prices were very reasonable.

Recently while visiting Purulia,We have booked at Mrittika of Panchet Residency Resort.We were of 5 members including two Senior citizens.The rooms which were given to us 130 and 131 at a cost of Rs.5000/- and Rs.5500 per night with no ventillation and inadequate lighting as if you have entered into a cave.These rooms were not at all worth of such high price.When we approached the manager for alternative rooms ,they have shown us a family suit Basera 3 which was better but Rs.17000/- per night.It was said that all the other rooms were booked by a group only we can get one Super deluxe room at Mrittika.Considering the overall environment of Mrittika,during that day We have ultimately decided to shift at Basera 3 by spending extra Rs 12000/- as they did not gave other alternatives. During the time of booking,they have not told anything about those two rooms of Mrittika which later they have told as Deluxe quality and all other rooms of Mrittika were of Super Deluxe quality and also regarding group booking of all other rooms. Besides these misinformation provided,the other services were satisfactory including foods and room services during our stay on 08.02.25 at Basera 3 by the staffs of the Resort. Before booking,it is better to check all informations regarding the rooms alloted otherwise you may land into some trouble.

Excellent service at a huge property spread overall miles… good choice for a weekend stay with family and friends
