Hotel Pushkar Fort

Hotel room is good but made in old patterns & bathroom is so so (Average). No proper hot water, shower is very bad ( as per my room ). Room service is very very good. Dining is very very good, very nice in taste. Chief & Mr. Sandeep Yadav restaurant manager is very kinder, They give very good, polite response to our food order as per we need. Thanks to Mr.Sandeep Yadav.

Food quality is good and service is good property is very neat and clean and environment is good .... Special thanks to be sandeep restaurant manager and chef nathu chef and satish chef and all staff is good behaviour .. Mostly good experience and visit again

The overall experience staying at the resort is very satisfying. Mr. Raju in food service has been courteous. Mr. Manohar Rawat and Mr.Pradeep in house keeping has been very supportive. The overall stay at the resort was very amazing and satisfying.

🚨 Worst Experience at Pushkar Fort - Luxury Heritage Resort 🚨 I had high expectations from Pushkar Fort - Luxury Heritage Resort, but my stay turned out to be a nightmare! Here’s why: ❌ Filthy Rooms – The room was full of dust, had a foul smell, and the linens looked stained and unwashed. The bathroom was worse – unclean, moldy, and unhygienic. ❌ Disgusting Swimming Pool – The pool was dirty, with murky water and floating debris. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks! Definitely not safe for a swim. ❌ Horrible Food – The food was bland, stale, and possibly reheated multiple times. To make matters worse, there were insects in the food! Absolutely unacceptable for a so-called luxury resort. ❌ Pathetic Service – The staff was rude, unresponsive, and careless. Requests were ignored, and even basic hospitality was missing. ❌ Overpriced & Misleading – The resort markets itself as “luxury,” but in reality, it’s nowhere close. The pictures online are completely misleading, and the reality is shocking. Verdict: Stay away! I wouldn’t recommend this place even for free. Dear Pushkar Fort - Luxury Heritage Resort Team, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay with my family at your hotel and our dining experience at the restaurant. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at your hotel with my family. Stay: The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I reached the hotel around 10:00 AM, which was quite early as the standard check-in time at any Club Mahindra resort is 2:00 PM. Mr. Damodar Singh helped me with pre-check-in. They did not charge a single penny for pre-check-in. Thank you very much Mr. Damodar Singh for your all help. My room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a good job. Special thanks to Mr. Pradeep & Mr. Raju from housekeeping staff. Restaurant: The ambiance of the restaurant was great, and the service was good and courteous. The quality of the food was consistent. Some of the dishes were excellent, the breakfast options were great, and we enjoyed them a lot. Mr. Dinesh, Mr. Kunal, Mr. Rahul were very attentive, and Chef Mr. Pankaj Kumar, Mr. Satish & Mr. Nathu has fulfilled our special requirement which we requested separately which was not included in the buffet menu. I appreciate your efforts in making my stay enjoyable, and I hope this feedback will help you improve your services. We booked this hotel through Club Mahindra, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. We planned a relaxing 2-day vacation in Pushkar, but the stay was ruined due to poorly maintained rooms, leaky washrooms, and a foul, unbearable smell. We couldn’t even stay for the full duration and had to leave after just one night. Despite requesting a room change, the new room had the exact same issues, proving that this is not a one-off problem but a clear lack of maintenance and hygiene. To make things worse, Club Mahindra Customer Care was completely unhelpful. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, they failed to acknowledge or resolve the issue. It’s clear that they are only interested in taking money from customers but provide zero service or accountability when things go wrong. I strongly urge future travelers to think twice before booking through Club Mahindra. If this is the level of service they provide, it’s definitely not worth the hassle!
