We have already enjoyed our stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, after this trip we don't want to go back! The hotel staff did not respond to requests to change the room because of the noise of a vacationing couple next door! As a result, we spent 2 nights without sleep or rest! Horrible incompetence! This is not the level of a 5-star hotel! No measures were taken, except for "talking" with other guests!

Not the first time in this hotel. Polite and very pleasant staff (special thanks to the young man at the entrance and the girls at the reception!). The spa area has several saunas and a swimming pool (not enough sun loungers).
Delicious breakfasts in a pleasant atmosphere.
What we don’t like: the hotel is often used for wedding celebrations, so be prepared for this if you arrive on weekends and immediately ask for rooms away from the restaurant (in our case, the reception took into account the wishes)
I also note that in the rooms overlooking the atrium there is no coffee machine (it’s a little strange for a hotel of this level to see bags of instant coffee in the minibar)
