Weird location! Basically all uber drivers cannot find the hotel correctly and we need to walk 10 minutes to another hotel to get a uber

Firstly, there is a lot of constructions around the hotel. There, the surrounding area especially for driving is very tricky and bad. Once the construction is done, that area is actually quite good. Secondly, we booked a suite but the A/C is not working. We had to be put in another suite and nobody at the hotel offered help to move our luggage to the new suite. Quite disappointing as this should be SOP in any established and highly rated hotel. Lastly, the most disappointing part is that I called and emailed in advance to ask to set up the sofa bed but when we entered the suit, it was not set up. The staff at the hotel admitted that our request has been acknowledge but she didn't understand why it wasn't done. In summary, all these three issues combined hit us after we checked in at night. Very disappointed!

This hotel is a gem in between affordable and comfortable hotels in Paris, even though it is outer from the city center, this hotel is directly near M1 metro stop. Since Paris is such a vast city, you always need to get a daily ticket to visit locations. The room had amenities such as slippers, robe, coffee machine. The internet speed was also satisfactory.

Good location with very close walking distance to Esplanade La Defense Station, as well as the Westfield Mall. Great breakfast.
