Excellent before n after sales service! Very friendly n clear instruction before accommodation. Giving extra time for late check-out too. Clean and spacious suitable for family n friends gatherings.
We have realized accidentally left our item the next day after check out but the host putting extra effort to search it n willing to courier it back to us without any charges ! Thank you very much! We had a good time there!

Easy access to many shops & restaurant. The room was nice, clean & with modern interior. Only the downside is the parking. Quite hard to find nearby parking especially during peak hours since the hotel located in busy area (shoplots with offices).. also, you can hear other rooms talking. Overall our one night stay at the hotel was not so bad 👍🏻

Room is nice and comfy, very nice view from the balcony and very great for the price. Just that some of the walls in the room got scribble marks maybe from a previous guest children. The hotel should get that cleaned. And the check in is a tad bit late, around 30 mins past 3pm which is the check in time. Not a big issue but could be improved. The breakfast selection in the cafe is okay, maybe could be improved as well. All in all a great stay 👍🏻

This was 2nd time our trip to zenith. We had putrajaya night half marathon event flag off in the putrajaya bridge just near the hotel. We can just walked to the event place. So much convinient. Breakfast was ok, croissants were good. Just pls improve on refilling the coffee. The coffee was tasteless at some point. Not sure what happened.
Overall it was memorable stay!

I recently stayed at Mercure Living Putrajaya,and I must say, the ambiance was truly exceptional. The overall atmosphere was calming and beautifully designed, creating the perfect environment to relax and unwind. From the elegant décor in the lobby to the cozy lighting in the rooms, every detail was thoughtfully curated. The outdoor spaces were particularly delightful, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling city.
However, I noticed that no condiments were provided in the room which was a bit inconvenient. Adding basic condiments like tea bags ,sugar, creamer in the room.

the staff was friendly.
the room was quiet alright.
i like that they provided a water dispenser outside of the rooms.
the location is very near to the mosque, its a 7 minutes walk.
there is also a bunch of food trucks near the hotel so you don’t have to travel further just to eat.
i think the other part of the building is a mall, but we didn’t have time to check them out.

recently enjoyed a delightful staycation at The Everly Putrajaya .The hotel is conveniently located next to Alamanda Shopping Centre and ofters stunning views of Putrajaya Lake.
Check-in and Room: The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff being very welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, our stay at The Everly Putrajaya was wonderful.

My stay at the DoubleTree was a mixed experience. While the food was quite good, several aspects of the hotel left much to be desired. The room was located far from both the parking area and the lobby, making it inconvenient to get around, especially with poor signage and orientation. Additionally, the hotel appears to be in need of maintenance, as some areas felt a bit run-down. Overall, the experience was okay, but improvements in navigation and upkeep would make a big difference.

IincehasifWe had a remarkable and pleasant experience staying at this homestay which feels more like a luxury hotel+ home rather than a homestay. The hosts were very nice and responded promptly to all my questions. There were plenty of utensils and the place was spacious enough to accommodate my extended families of 11 adults and 12 kids. Each room is ensuite with their own bathroom and they even provided fresh towels and bed linens that makes you feel like staying at a 5 star hotel! Overall, I highly recommend this place and I’d definitely stay here again in the future! 👍🏻

LLai KuanPerfect Family Glamping Getaway ! We had an incredible glamping experience with my family! There were so many fun outdoor activities just a short walk away, including cycling and adventures activities such as zipline, which we absolutely loved! The public toilet was surprisingly so clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. It was the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. Highly recommend this place for a family-friendly getaway!

GGuest UserAircond ok. Cuma water heater tak berfungsi yaaa. Memang tk panas langsung. Smart tv pulak remote prblem menyebabkan tak boleh buka tv langsung. Minta tukar bateri remote kt receptionist tapi still tak berfungsi. So overall memang tak puas hati sangat sebab water heater dan smart tv tkleh guna langsung. Untuk tido semalam boleh la kot. Prefer hotel lain yang amenities dia berfungsi dengan baik. Kecewa dgn bnda ni.
