We spent our 3 weeks summer vacation at Carlos Mansion. The apartment is in line with the description on the website. Apartment and pool are very clean. Last but not least, Sakis and family are very friendly. When visiting the area we will for sure stay there again.

Logement de qualité. Tout est neuf, les matériaux ont été choisis avec soin. La piscine est particulièrement belle. Il y a peu de logements donc très calme. Seul petit défaut, il y a peu de place autour des lits pour ouvrir les valises par exemple, il Manque un grille pain et un torchon pour la vaisselle. Réservé directement auprès de la résidence, moins cher que sur Booking. Adresse recommandée à 100 %

Είχαμε κλείσει 4 διανυκτερεύσεις . Ο διαχειριστής Μας ακύρωσε το σπίτι μια μέρα πριν την άφιξη , μέσα στο 15 Αύγουστο, Λέγοντας μας ότι κλείσαμε έξτρα μέρες, όπου δεν ίσχυε κάτι τέτοιο, και έπρεπε να μας χρεώσει εξτρα. Και εφόσον δεν μένουμε παραπάνω το ακυρώνει. Την συμφωνία για το σπίτι και τις μέρες τα είχανε κάνει απο τον Μαιο. Υποθέτουμε βρέθηκαν άλλοι πελάτες τελευταία ώρα για περισσότερες ημέρες και περισσότερα χρήματα.

Die Lage des Anwesens in absolut ländlicher Umgebung, dennoch nahe zum Ort Methoni, ist optimal. Wir hatten zwei Fahrräder gemietet und konnten so innerhalb von runf 5 - 10 Minuten sowohl das Dorf, als auch das Meer und die umliegenden Restaurants erreichen. Die Appartements sind neu und mit guten und bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Auch Fliegengitter und Klimanlage ist vorhanden und funktionieren sehr gut! Die Kücheneinrichtung ist bescheiden, vor allem wenn jemand selber kochen will. Kühlschrank, Kochherd und Ofen sind neuwertig und funktionieren einwandfrei. Alle zwei Tage wird das Bett neu bezogen, die Frotteetücher ersetzt und die ganze Wohnung geputzt. Der wirklich grosse Pool mit Jacuzzi ist ebenso gepflegt, wie die gesamte Umgebung mit den gepolsterten Holzliegen. Olivenbäume und grosse Sonnenschirme spenden Schatten. Sakis ist sehr kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Er versucht, die Anliegen seiner Gäste vollumfänglich zu erfüllen! Da bleibt kein Wunsch offen!
