"Can’t fault the room - spacious, plenty of tea/coffee and milk! Yay! Cold glasses in the fridge, welcome drink to the value of $10, 10% off food in the pub downstairs. Modern room with usb ports beside the bed, iron/ironing board in the room with hairdryer. Air conditioner worked very well. Very comfortable and enjoyable. Very strict on check-in/check-out times as a room card is required for outside door access outside of pub hours. The staff are very short with you if you need access without a key."

"The hotel environment is clean, the space is relatively small, there are tea stains on the bottom of the cup, the hotel has its own paid parking is relatively safe, we checked in late, so we contacted the staff in advance, and checked in more smoothly. By the way, there is a cute black cat in the parking lot."

"the air conditioner in the room was not working properly. making loud noises. they had a fan in the room. had to sue that instead. luckily weather was not too hot. room was old, bed was too soft for my liking. service was good, receptionist was helpful. but got loud knocks on the door at 9am asking if i needed housekeeping on the day i was checking out. which wasn’t very pleasant."

"Great location as my wife was in Macquarie University Hospital. Reception was friendly and professional albeit my booking details seemed elusive but this was quickly sorted. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare and was fresh and plentiful. Parking is outdoor and was not included in the tariff but was relatively inexpensive and plenty of spots."

"The Suites were just across the street from shopping center and a short walk to the Metro station. Indoor pool is nice, though water was chilly perhaps typical of this season in Sydney. The tiny flies in my room and the gym were quite annoying. Kitchen was well stocked. I especially appreciate the stainless steel appliances not scratched up Teflon in other apartments I've booked. Overall, this is a great service apartment. I will definitely consider booking again if I were in Sydney."

"The environmental facilities are very good, the service staff are very good and have Chinese service, the price is very high, it is hygienic, clean, natural and harmonious. The manager is also very nice. One day during my week-long stay, I couldn't book a room online. The manager arranged a room at a price that was not higher than online. I highly recommend it to friends who are traveling by car!"

"Amazing and Excellent service, room was clean & tidy. Shower water pressure is to die for! Amazing. Currently the Motor Inn is under refurbishment. But amazingly great potential and well needed upgrades are being done. Motel Manager was exceptionally helpful, high welcoming attitude and is taking a modern take on this Motel. . I highly recommend this Motel! Perfect location, The Kidney Shaped Pool is old fashioned but well maintained and is spacious! I look forward to returning back here to see the future results and renovations To this great Motel!"

"Room - Bed and pillows were so extremely soft they left my back and neck hurting after just the first night. The hotel did not have alternative pillow options. Otherwise it was a spacious room with great aircon. Breakfast - Breakfast was horrible. One of the worst scrambled eggs I've ever had the displeasure of encountering and not eating in my life. Breakfast options were also limited. Service - The staff were sometimes stand-offish, with one receptionist even telling me off for being impatient with my room service request, except for the lovely lady showing us our table at breakfast. Location - Great location walkable to Macquarie Park station with short cut and easy to take buses to Macquarie Shopping Centre, although if you have heavy luggage you will have to walk all the way around (around 10 mins)"

"I booked this hotel for my friend during his visit to Sydney, and he had a pleasant stay. He mentioned that the room was very clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job. He also enjoyed the nice tea selection. The service was kind and welcoming throughout his stay. He did mention that having a few more options on the breakfast menu would have been a plus, but overall, he had a great experience."

"The hotel is new, very clean, and the room comes with a small kitchen which was very convenient. Overall, I had a comfortable stay. The only downside was that the bath towels were not changed during my 9-night stay, which was surprising for a longer visit."
