酒店處於寫字樓之中，共有兩層。但非常好找導航到酒店標識明顯。停車場在地下，如停車場入口沒人可打酒店前台電話，電話在停車場入口處。酒店—層右邊有2家小歺館，左邊有家小超市。酒店房間還算中規中矩，衞生間比較大。

這是在市區住過最坑的酒店:1.價格高，性價比極低；2.房間完全不隔音，走廊上走個路停的一清二楚，還開個沒有辦法關上的窗，半夜燈光直射床頭；3.沒有刮鬍刀；4.住過幾次，有兩次都發現房間裏竟然沒有礦泉水；5.衞生間裏提供的浴巾毛巾起須不説，顏色甚至發黃。還有就不説了，希望老闆能聽得進去意見多多改進，這些數據都是來源於和住過市區其他酒店的對比得出來的。

床單上走污漬，可能洗了但是洗不掉的那種，讓人看着很不舒服，隔音效果不好，整體上不值這個價！

房間狹小，防行李的地方都沒有，也沒有贈送的礦泉水，衞生也一般，早餐極差，就是鹹菜，還比不上索縣的一般酒店。
