All the staff are very polite. But the most attentive and friendly is Mousa, the waiter from the Mediterranean restaurant. We had a very good rest! Thank you!

I visit hotel with family and it was a great experience. All the stuff is friendly and helpful, everything is clean. Food is perferct. Because it’s difficult for me to eat food , I get some stomach problem because of changing water, climate and etc, so I cat eat regular food and stuff from kitchen was so helpful and everyday prepare for me special food. I would like to thank all team: manager Youssef, chef Salamony, senior saus chef Walid Gebali. All team was so helpful, kind and prepare for me food, so I feel myself better and better Thank you!

I had an absolutely spectacular stay that turned my birthday into a truly memorable experience, one that's hard to top. The service was flawless: everything was spotless – from the rooms to the lobby and also the beach. The staff, everyone smiling, caring and the atmosphere striking a perfect balance between relaxed and refined. And the cocktails… simply fabulous! A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for the effort, care, and positive energy you put into making my birthday unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back – for the atmosphere, the people, the service, and of course, those dreamlike cocktails! 🍸✨

Amazing "new" resort which really knows how to assure guests are welcomed and taken care of. The breakfast and food is super tasty, but we also had dinner at the Lebanese Restaurant which was delicious. We received 30% discount in the a la carte as we been on All inclusive - certainly a great value for money. The beach is breathtaking. Outstanding service, quality food and beverages, beach is amazing and entertainment appealing. We also rented a Cabana - private on the beach - can it get any more luxury and amazing!! Love this place. Worth a visit and 4 days is NOT enough. Thank you

The hotel has been renewed but retains the same quality we loved from the Rixos. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, always smiling and caring . Special thanks to Younis at reception...he kindly offered temporary rooms while ours were being prepared, which made a big difference. The food was excellent with great variety. A pleasant and smooth stay overall!

Отдыхали в период 12-23 июня. Море было теплое, к погоде вопросов не было. Невероятной красоты пляж и море😍 Есть мостик в открытое море, где можно сделать красивые фото. Еда без излишеств, всегда было из чего выбрать, все повара приветливые и доброжелательные. Если возникали другие пожелания по меню, персонал всегда шел навстречу. Хочется отметить работу всего персонала: всегда чистые номера, во всех ресторанах обслуживание на высшем уровне. Мы правда получили именно тот отпуск, который хотели! Отдельного внимания заслуживают аниматоры Ghazala resort. В Kids club “Rixy” работают очень приятные девушки: Ева и Хабиба. Их отношение к каждому ребенку - что-то невероятное🥹 А по вечерам с ними было приятно общаться, очень добрые и отзывчивые девушки. Были готовы помочь с любым вопросом. Взрослая программа тоже очень хорошая. Все аниматоры старались вовлекать туристов в Активити. Много спортивных программ для любителей. Каждый вечер живая музыка и Dj сеты. Спасибо диджею Али, он прислушивался к пожеланиям гостей. На территории много бассейнов как для взрослых, так и для детей, где проходила аквааэробика и водное поло. Спасибо каждому работнику данного отеля за лучший отпуск! Обязательно вернемся ещё❤️
