We stayed at this hotel in March and July 2024.
The staff are extremely friendly and always concerned about the well-being of the guests. The rooms are well equipped. The food is not very varied, but sufficient.
We will definitely come back again.

Very good hotel with beautiful garden and original architecture. The biggest advantage is the service. Everybody is very kind and fulfill every request to make your stay pleasant. Animators are great too. Rooms are cleaned every time you want it. The only small downside is food: tasty but small variety for a five star hotel.

We are was so happy spend this time in this hotel. Not first time in Egypt but this time was the best. Really high level of food and bevereges. We liked the territory, stile of rooms, exterior and decoraration amaizing. Clean rooms and kind boys-cleaners. Thanks a lot for the animation team, we never seen so easy and smart animators. Very easy and interesting in talk guys. Thanks for all! You are nomber 1 for us!

Of course we can't forget animation team. The best guys made our days happy and funny! My husband liked aqua gym and me morning stretching. Guys thanks for you! Nice looking hotel, our room was perfectly cleaned every day. The staff of hotel was very friendly and nice, especially the animation team. Good and many activities to do (volleyball, stretching, waterpark, gym,…) and the food was also good. :)

I liked the activities (the best was stretching time). The food was pretty good. And i liked the people here, they were really friendly. We went to the go-karts and it was amazing, Honza arrangedeverything for us. Hotel rooms were amzing i liked when the cleaner Did something from the towels.

i really loved the animation team, they were so nice and did great work. I enjoyed the program so much. Just all staff was really nice to us. Also the cleaning man was so nice and did amazing things from the towels and cleaned pretty well. but i didn’t like the drinks that much. It was all too sweet. Overall i enjoyed the vacation so much and all the people made it better
