I visited this hotel this year, and it was a wonderful experience. Our room was very clean, the furniture and the equipment of the room were new and proper. The room service was excellent, and we did not experience any difficulties with the service. It was a great journey and diving experience. We will come again😊

Stayed for a week during Christmas, beach almost deserted, and even when full, guests are very considerate and quiet. Accommodation typical for a three star bungalows on the beach. Good food at the diving bar, beautiful views. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wonderful holidays for those who like being close to nature. Warm, shallow water, great for swimming, snorkelling and diving.

An excellent location and diving center but terrible reservation personnel and terrible reception, rooms and food are below average. The hotel reservation in cairo was unprofessional and indecent taking our reservation (8 rooms), mr. Alaa was rude with 3 different persons of the group who tried to explain our needs. Reaching the hotel, all what we requested was disregarded, and the reception was not able to handle us as customers. The food was poor, especially the dessert. That’s said, I have to admit that the hotel location, the view, landscape and the diving center are impressive. It is a putty to see such great potential lost like that with bad service.

Despite the 3 stars, or perhaps because of them, we booked a diving holiday for 7 days at Mangrove Bay at the beginning of May 2022. Friendly welcome at the start of the holiday. The room (a better category was recommended to us by the tour operator) was right on the beach. There was a small terrace with chairs and a drying rack for all diving gear. We had a small refrigerator in the room itself. Beds were comfortable. The room was clean. It was cleaned every day. Service was very important at Mangrove Bay, be it when ordering drinks, at the dive bar or in the main restaurant during meals. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our wishes were read from our eyes! The massages are also highly recommended. The diving center - Ducks Diving - was in the immediate vicinity of our room, so the distances were very short for us. The house reef is very well preserved and rich in species. The hotel and the diving center are fully recommended for divers who want a relaxing holiday. We liked it so much that we will definitely come back.

As is well known, the hotel itself is getting a bit old. The facility is still beautiful, very quiet, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The diving center is very professional and uncomplicated. The house reef is very rich in fish and large. The day trips on the ship were also fantastic! We saw a lot of fish and some turtles under the water. From the boat we also saw a pod of dolphins swimming and jumping alongside our boat. All in all the holiday was very relaxing and lovely. J'ai fait une réservation par mail auprès de cet hotel pur un séjour en avril 2022. J4ai payé la totalité du séjour par virement sur le RIB qu'ils ont envoyé.Il se trouve que leur listing mail client a été hacké à leur bureau du Caire et que la discussion a été piratée. Quelqu'un s'est fait passé pour eux en prenant la main au sein des échanges mails et j'ai envoyé l'argent à des escrocs qui avaient changé le nom de domaine .com en .net qui se faisaient passer pour moi auprès de l'hôtel avec une adresse mail inventée. C'est en arrivant sur place que j'ai découvert l'arnaque. C'est arrivée à une autre personne présente aux mêmes dates. Il n'est pas impossible que cela vienne d'une personne de cette entreprise qui aurait pu vendre le listing contre rémunération d'après un spécialiste consulté. Je leur ai demandé copie de leur plainte sans succès.
