Akassia Swiss Resort

It was an Amazing holiday, great resort, where there are good facilities, the workers are very nuce, and very open and friendly, the hotel is also very clean. The food is surprisingly good compared to other all inclusive hotels. Overall a great experience

The views here are amazing! So many pools, the beach, the ocean! The buffet food is good. I was suprised that tipping was excpectes for luggage bringing eventho we had all inclusive stay, also the politness of employees warries greatly, some treat as like friends, others have attitude. Eventho I have worn an enganment ring this whole trip, 98% of the employees stare at me, look at my breasts ect eventho I always dress modestly to dinner and only wear bikini at the pool. Also at the pool and the beach people are trying to sell u stuff all the time, for trips for spa for braids. All of that costs extra eventho u have all inclusive trip. The lunch and dinner buffets have no lactose free dessert, the ”italian” food at Castello was lower than average. Sales people can be rude for example by telling my bf he is red and burned and needs the spa (it isnt bc of the sun) and they keep asking WHY when u say no. Expect always having male employees eyes on u. The clinic is crazy expensive, 400€ for a doctors appoitment and over 1000€ if the doctor comes to u. I know one woman who fell and had to have 15 stiches put in, the bill wa 5000€! On the other hand the guest relations manager is a class act, so kond and generous! When I was feeling ill he sent me fruits to the room, when it was mu birthday he invited us to a restaraunt and I got a big delicious lactose free cake and the employees sang to me! The table was covered in flowers and when we came back to the room they had made two swans and a heart out of towels and put flowers on the bed. The cleaner comes everyday so that’s nice. The employer at the reception on the 7th of this month who handled our check in is amazing! So kind and funny! He gave us a free room upgrade! The employees also usually ask here how u are and many speak also german but some dont sadly dont speak any english. The weather is beautiful, the pools are always super clean, the drinks are good, spa is amazing and the desert trip was the best day ever. BUT be brave and hackle the prices to get the best ones!

The hotel is excellent. We were positive surprised Specious rooms and cleaning every day. Very friendly service. The entertainment group was on the top. Sometimes even 3 shows per day. The food was delicious and I think everyone can find something to taste. We will come here again for sure

It is a my first time in the Egypt and I choose this hotel and it was a good idea stay here . The room is a big and clean ! The hotel amazing and also personel here is fantastic! All the time smiles people ! I think I’m back here because I reset here ! So thank you !

this was my second and best vacation that was in this hotel. Service was great. Food was delicious. I lived in the new part. daily cleaning, towel change, Polish TV. We spent a week of wonderful vacation. we especially recommend the service at the reception Hosni Weal and Ahmed ❤️. Animation on the stage very good. Super Arabian Night disco. Spa, gym everything nearby. many attractions for young and old. water park 10/10. I recommend everyone the experience ❤️❤️❤️. Nasr the best security guard ❤️❤️

Super service, entertainment team, everything top. Nour from entertainment team was always near kids and made the holidays for kids to heaven. The service during the events and the kitchen was on highest nevaue, as we tried the region of the Osama Gamal, we tried to get place always in this area. Really top service
