Wow, what an experience. We felt more then welcome. Such a nice hotel. They made our holiday fantastic. Rooms clean, the food is fantastic,and very, very kind crew. They make you feel like family. Exept the higher management. It seems they can not speak??.Even a simple "hello" is too much to ask. Very naughty and arrogant. Enough beds at beach and swimmingpool. We certainly will come back. Not for the General Manager or higher Management but for the very friendly people on the work-floor.

Great time, clean, excellent service, delicious food and a very dedicated group of entertainers (Toma, Manush, Shahy, Dudu) we had no time to be bored and we are grateful for the super time spent, both during the sports activities and during the evening games, thanks to them we returned to everyday life recharged with lots of positive energy

Very good hotel and lovely staff. Very good view, nice weather. Animation is nice. The rooms are very clean and we have a great view at the pool. Amazing beach and pool. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner. A lot of variety. I can not wait to come back here. See you all later.

I am really glad that I could come to this fantastic place which is the Flamenco hotel, maybe it is not in its first youth, but there are no complaints, clean, tasty food, great service, gentlemen from the pool bar are very nice, "club" Alibaba also the service is impeccable. Animators Dudu, Shahy, Toma and Manusz stole my heart, always smiling with lots of energy, they provided us with lots of different activities and infected us with their energy, thanks to which we have lots of fantastic memories. We are coming back next year, we only hope that the employees who provided us with this fantastic holiday will still be there.

The staff were amazing in the bar area, the restaurant. Spotlessly clean. The staff behind reception were hit and miss. The food was certainly not 4 star, quite repetitive. I had a fall on Christmas Day there was no firstaider on duty , no first aid kit . For a hotel of that size with the majority of their clientele being over 45 it should be . Emailed jet2 they should have a defibrillator in all their hotels plus a first aid kit. Thankfully, for me there were 2 nurses in the hotel.

The hotel has seen its best days, but the cleanliness and food are top notch. Rooms clean and spacious, we had a view of the pool. The animators Manoush and Toma do a great job, they are fantastic. --＞ helpful, obliging and friendly employees and director --＞ delicious buffets --＞ perfect time to come (warm water, warm air, some pleasant wind) --＞ stunning fish at the reef --＞ enough possibilities to make excursions (Luxor, al-Qusair, Port el-Ghalib..) --＞ very nice outside beach (taxi €4,- p.P.)
