it was very nice there, they had good animation programs like: fruit festival, burger festival, pizza festival, live music and dance, good food,yoga, stretching, aqua gym, also kind and smiling animators and clean sea! I love that place

The rooms are simple but big. The garden is huge and full of beautiful flowers. There are also several heated pools. The food is varied and tasty. The staff is friendly. The animation team is great, they are funny and there are very cool programs. The sea front is wonderful, but the whole time there was a red flag because of the wind, so it was not possible to enter the water from the pier. I recommend the hotel.

I really enjoyed my vacation here. Every day there were activities prepared for the guests, during which you were not bored.The sea here is clean with lots of fish and corals.The food was excellent and the accommodation here was very nice.I will definitely be happy to come back here

The hotel has thought of everything. Entertainment for everyone. Fun at the pool bar! Friendly and hardworking staff who make you feel and treat you like a princess. I needed medical help, where Dr. Mahfouz from Utopia Medical Center was immediately ready for me. Super service, just in the room so that I felt at ease. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel was vers good qbd the staff vers friendly. I needed a médical émergence which was vers efficient so that i was abme to enjoy m'y stay tanks to the doctor Mahfouz fromage Utopia Médical center. I can for sûre Come to this hotel again next time

We were there in Nov24 wit a group of +20 people from whom the most were divers. The hotel is quite nice, good rooms and the food is quite ok. Not the best we have had but for this price it was ok for us. We had some kids present also and they enjoyed the heated swimming pool with glides a lot. Also the foam party was a nice surprise for all. Had only one complaint from a room where when the airco was on, it smelled a little weird. Diving center was ok but quite expensive if you want to go diving outside the housereef or with boats.

My favorite hotel in Egypt. Great location. Peace and quiet. Very nice service (greetings to Sharkawy from the reception). The hotel provides very good food and lots of entertainment. I will definitely come back there many more times. The family was delighted with their stay!

I am just back from my vacation. It was so nice to have the sea view room all 11 nights! Thanks to the personnel from reception. I really enjoyed the big territory divided into 18+ where I could rest while my daughter was in mini-club with the nice girls from animation team. We also liked going by golf-car with driver Abd. All the personnel showed a 5-star service - when I asked for a non-smoking area in the restaurant - it was done immediately. The food tasted like in a 5 star hotel in Egypt. So, my general opinion is that the hotel is worth more than 4 stars - I am a travel agent and have been to many hotels to compare with. I highly recommend this hotel for couples, families with kids, singles. The best period to visit the hotel is from March till November.
