One of the best hotels in Port Ghalib, if not the best. It lives up to its name “palace” quite aptly.
Pleasantly surprised by the kindness, gentleness and availability of the staff.
The all inclusive is rather stunning. Even during the day at the beach you are served on your deckchair.
The food is quite repetitive but it is so abundant and differentiated that you can eat different things every day. However, I think that for trips of two weeks or more this could be a problem.
Small downside for the spa. Prices are at the customer's discretion. I imagine that the owner(s) of the spa are different from the hotel. Ultimately I didn’t subscribe to any treatment.
I would go back.

Very good food...good service Excellent animation specially Dino ..I would love to return again to this beautiful hotel...The workers are excellent people...very good activities for the clients...everything is very good...I will make a recommendation to my friends

The Hotel is beatiful. Spa was great, I had a massage. The sea is clear and full of sea life. The food was wonderfull. The team animation very good specially Dino the best animátor in this team thanks for all the activites to do here ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We spent a week in this hotel with my family and friends. everything beautiful, great rooms, clean and arranged. Very good food from breakfast until lunch, the only thing maybe the food don't was various but still very good. SUPER animation specially Dino one of the best animator here ❤❤

The experience at the Palace hotel was excellent, the room in good condition, very good service. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Cultural activities at the hotel are varied, both at the pool and on the beach, as well as evening activities by the entertainment team of the hotel. The shows of excellent dancers and musicians. A lot of variety in general. Very good animation cast. Very pleased with the stay and look forward to returning in the near future.

Very good Hotel . I like it here very much . I was here in October last year. i love to snorkeling very much in the riff is very beautiful.The Food is very good . The Personal is very friedlich and very nice persons. The Rooms are very nice and clean. We love this hotel very much .

Very clean rooms, varied and good food, excellent and professional staff. Two big pools, one with salt water which is quite unusual. And of course lots of fish in the Red Sea. My family is very pleased with the hotel, sure we come back one day….
