The hotel impressed us, everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, everything! A wide variety of everything, and the grilled specialties were especially exclusive. The staff was very friendly and entertained us often. We really enjoyed our time there. Especially the team at the Plateau bar and the team at the bar located in the lobby (part of the Sakura restaurant). The rooms were very spacious and clean. The cleaning was always quick and precise – thank you. The pool bar and the pools were also fantastic. The resort offered a large selection of activities and excursion options. Wi-Fi worked throughout the entire hotel. The hotel provided all the necessary information. We never had any problems. The beach and the sea were beautiful, exactly as described on the hotel website. The water was clear, enchanting, and full of little fish. We also really enjoyed the resort because we could walk along the coast outside the resort and reach Coraya Bay, where swimming was even better. On the way, we could see many other resorts from the Jaz group and other activities/sports, which inspired us for future visits. Thank you, we had a wonderful time and will definitely return!

We stayed her in March this year and had an amazing time, and we stayed here previously 3 years ago. When we arrived at the hotel a lot of the staff recognised us from March which was amazing and we felt so welcomed. However, on this trip, we have noticed a few cutbacks (hence the 4 star and not a 5 star). They have definitely cut back on the variety of food we were offered at breakfast and dinner. But I can honestly say that what was available was cooked well and I didn't go hungry. The rooms are still immaculately cleaned by Mahmood, and all the staff are amazing, especially in the main restaurant where we were looked after very well. We don't drink alcohol so I can't comment on the drinks, but we always had plenty of soft drinks and coffee whenever we needed it. The beach area was clean, and the reef is excellent with plenty of sea life to see. Overall a very nice stay so well done to the team at the Jaz for making our stay so enjoyable.

In my opinion it is beaufoful place. Great people, very friendly, good service, delicious food. Animators - they entertained people. They were very nice. At the pool the waiters were very helpful. Awua aerobics and trainer Karem and Mohamed from the reception - irreplaceable. I highly recommend it.

The hotel in itself is pretty and big, with a nice beach and a lovely snorkeling area. Great animation team with lovely energy, every evening there was a small party until 24 pm. There is a bar inside a pool which was one of the most frequently used by us. If you want to use the a’la carte restaurant, I recommend the one with an Egyptian cuisine. Portions were enormous and food truly delicious, kudos to the chef. That being said, unfortunately we had some unacceptable things happen to us during our stay. My boyfriend bought the only matte sunglasses in the hotel shop, the rest had a shiny exterior. The next day, when he wanted to buy some additional things, the guy who works in the shop wanted to take those sunglasses from him by force and offer him a new pair, because some other guy wanted matte sunglasses specifically. He did not ask if he agrees to exchange, he just assumed he would want to do it. After our obvious shock and disagreement, the guy started treating us very poorly, speaking to us with a very unpleasant tone of voice. There was no warm water in our room for more than half of a day, within 2 days in total, and one day there was no water at all. The internet connection is poor and most of the times it was impossible to connect to the hotel wi-fi in the room. The staff had no good manners most of the time. They acted as if we were there only to give them tips. I will gladly tip people who deserve it with great service, but it felt like they expect this, and without a tip, they won’t treat you nicely. I really didn’t even feel like going to the bar anymore because I felt like they will be mad that I ordered something. Waiters wanted to take our food before we even finished eating a few times, without asking. The check out was at 12:00 and our airport transfer at 14:15, so once we left our room I asked the receptionist if it’s possible to get 2 clean towels to dry ourselves before the trip. He said it’s not possible and asked “how can I do it?”. I am really confused as I think there’s a lot of ways he could give us towels, or even ask someone to bring them to us, but apparently although they have so many of them this had to be a problem. I feel like the staff wasn’t there for us, but we were there for them to tip them. There needs to be some progress when it comes to how you treat your customers, jaz grand hotel management.

I stayed here for one week and it was the greatest week of my life. I love the people there. I ate really good things, met nice people and make the best memories of my life.Really good conditions, service and I also love the animations.I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a nice holiday.
