Very good hotel
Clean rooms
Check-in and check-out process was perfect
Pools and aqoa were amazing but there is no deep pool all the pool is 90cm hight which is not good for me.
The food variety is limited in some meals
The animation team is very good at night but not very active in the morning.
I would like to thank MR kerolous from the receiption team and MR Adel rhe head of food and beverages for their professionalism and their politly way.
Thank you and I will come back again

The hotel is always very nice and comfortable. The people who are working here are always very friendly. The rooms, restaurant and the service is always perfect. It’s my third time here and I would always chose this hotel again. The animation team are very funny and always did a lot of effort against the guests.

the hotel is very beautiful and clean also the staff are very friendly also we have variety of food and fruits also i loved the Strawberry festival, thank you sea beach for such a great holiday , definitely we will be back . it is really recommended

Nice and friendfull people. Great service and support. All the staff are really friendly and kind. Clean room and very tasty meals. Swimming pools for children are heated. Swimming pools for adults are cold. Meals are very tasty. Perfect selection of vegetables.

A dream place. Beautiful hotel and clean. The staff is helpful. The animators make sure that the holidaymakers have a good time all day long, they make the day colorful with programs, but they are not intrusive. The food is delicious and there is a wide selection. The beds are very comfortable.

Feels home again with best time in my free time , nice rooms and big and they renew all rooms , food tastes as usual and the stuff so friendly and become a family with us , the animation team did great new year event great show , and they are nice and friendly thanks a lot for making our holiday super good , and will come next time with my family.
