Very good hotel
Clean rooms
Check-in and check-out process was perfect
Pools and aqoa were amazing but there is no deep pool all the pool is 90cm hight which is not good for me.
The food variety is limited in some meals
The animation team is very good at night but not very active in the morning.
I would like to thank MR kerolous from the receiption team and MR Adel rhe head of food and beverages for their professionalism and their politly way.
Thank you and I will come back again

Everything was great, I recomennd to everyone who want to spend an excellent holiday in nice place. Food was good, pools and rooms very clean. Entertainment on good level, animations every morning and afternoons, many attractions for kids.

Really excellent hotel , every part of this Hotel means a lot to mě , streching was really amazing with excelent entertainment team , aqu gym also Věry perfect with prefect guys , everyday have a diffrent show , we Are was feeling Věry happy there , thank you
