Delicious and varied food. The hotel is well-kept, greenery and colorful flowers are pleasing to the eye. The service is nice, smiling and sincerely friendly. Very clean everywhere. Our favorite person - Sosta. The animator is a one-man band, he infects everyone around him with positive energy and smiles. in addition, he has an amazing approach to children - they love him from the first moment. Apart from him, there is Zika and our beloved Karolinka - open and sociable, with their hearts on their sleeves - the right people in the right place make the atmosphere almost family-like

This hotel was absolutely amazing. It was our first time in Egypt and we will definitely come back. Amazing food and no stomach problems, great drinks, various pools, both heated and cold. Clear sea and beautiful coral reefs. The only downside is the bad entrance to the sea (stones and corals) and lots of flies everywhere in the hotel. The biggest highlight of the whole holiday was the really amazing, kind and funny staff. Thank you Sosta and Zika for the great fun animation program and the invitation to the foam party. I also greet the amazing waiter Mahmoud and Tarek, as well as the sishaman and tattooman. I would come back just for the staff.

everything is at the highest level, we really liked it. The restaurant has polite staff and delicious food, especially breakfasts and various dinners. Large pool, many different activities during the day. Delicious a la carte restaurants(La Mia Africa super). Many evening shows near the club house. Animators Karolina and Zika are very friendly and always cheer up Foam party the bestThank you to everyone who made this vacation the best, I can't wait to come back to you!

t was our first time in Egypt and we do not regret that we chose this hotel, a large selection of food everyone will find something for themselves, pizza delicious Italian coffee, animators Sosta and his fire show walking on stilts revelation, Zika and Karolina wonderful friendly. The rooms are large and clean, the hotel definitely deserves 5 stars, I can safely say that I would return to this hotel again!!!

We rested at the gemma resort hotel, we really liked the animation from Carolina, Zika and Soska, everything was very interesting, the pool is very healthy and warm, and there is also a very interesting program in the evening that I really want to go to every day. wait for your return!

Excelent resort, profesional staff, incredible details such as toothpicks on the tables, excellent coffee and Italian espresso machines, wide access to the sea, marinated tuna for Friday dinner, croissants for breakfast, the staff does not pressure guests for tips, live Italian singing every evening, well-structured entertainment programs with more experienced animators (I see it as a plus when the animator's age is 18–36 rather than 16–17)., lovely outside bars, Wi-Fi boosters in the rooms, air-conditioned gym (though a bit small). The tennis court could be improved by changing the surface (perhaps to artificial turf). The clay is too soft and doesn’t bounce the balls well. Additionally, having only a 1-meter gap between the sideline and the fence is quite limiting for gameplay :-)) Many thanks to Omarino, who took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. His attentive service made our experience truly special!
