Excelent resort, profesional staff, incredible details such as toothpicks on the tables, excellent coffee and Italian espresso machines, wide access to the sea, marinated tuna for Friday dinner, croissants for breakfast, the staff does not pressure guests for tips, live Italian singing every evening, well-structured entertainment programs with more experienced animators (I see it as a plus when the animator's age is 18–36 rather than 16–17)., lovely outside bars, Wi-Fi boosters in the rooms, air-conditioned gym (though a bit small). The tennis court could be improved by changing the surface (perhaps to artificial turf). The clay is too soft and doesn’t bounce the balls well. Additionally, having only a 1-meter gap between the sideline and the fence is quite limiting for gameplay :-)) Many thanks to Omarino, who took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. His attentive service made our experience truly special!

Really great hotel with beautiful clean rooms, pools And other places like beach volleyball court and more. Excellent food and drinks (alot to choose from). The service and hotel staff were perfect and helpful. The animation team was amazing and fun as were their programs. We had a lot of great time. We have to highlight the head of animators Zeka, he is really a professional, a great person!. Big praise to bartender Tarek too. Entrance to the sea and the beach were beautiful and clean. We definitely plan to come back!

Cozy hotel with many swimming pools and a great animation team! Tasty food, good choice of meals, 2 a-la cart restaurants. Lots of sport activities available, good spa centre, shopping area and a friendly staff. Convenient with children and suitable for disabled.

Staying at the Jema Resort Hotel is incredible! I can note that the food was delicious, of course, it all depends on your taste, but in general, the food of Italian cuisine and you will definitely not stay hungry, the rooms are clean and cleaned, not the latest repair but for a comfortable stay there is everything. Animation is at the highest level, I loved this team from the first days, Lera, Zika, Sosta and Bondok you are the best, incredible shows and contests. I am 100% satisfied with my vacation, I recommend everyone to visit Gemma Resort❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I am returning with my family many times a year. Accommodation is clean, housekeeper comes once a day, he gives you water every day. Food is excellent, every night is different theme of dinner. Animation program is very nice, people from animation agency are nice and allways friendly, also is every day different animation program. Can’t wait to come back.
