The service is perfect, rooms and atmosphere as well, The most friendly animation team, specially kero and miret, they are so sweet and cheerful. I hope they keep up the good spirit, restaurants and service are great too. I enjoyed my time and vacation to the fullest

The hotel is perfect, always clean and fresh, the room is spacious and cleaned every day, the food in the restaurants is delicious and varied. The sweets are a highlight for my daughter and intertamint team is active and frindly,the sea is very good and clean ❤️

Everything was great, Mohamed at the pool side bar really looked after us. The food was lovely and always plenty of it. The room was always cleaned to a high standard. Staff really friendly and helpful. The resort is on a private beach. Mahmoud in the towel Center helped us to see the local turtle that’s comes into the bay to eat. 100% be back.

Excellent spending for the first time, a variety of buffet, the animation team is the best, a lot of entertainment water polo, volleyball, dancing. Very clean beach. Sun loungers are free. Very friendly staff. The rooms are cleaned and replenished mini bar.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Good location. Excellent food. Friendly staff. Super service. Super animation team. They take care of the whole day for generations. Everyone is nice. The sea and beach are clean.

Fantastic holiday, very nice hotel, rooms cleaned every day with a surprise on the bed in the form of animals made of towels. Varied and delicious food, especially local products, everyone will find something for themselves. Large, clean pool, wonderful beach. Nice, friendly service, smiling, helpful and above all they can speak English. We recommend using additional a la carte restaurants, they are really at a high level. We thank Mr. Ahmed Tayee from the Italian restaurant for professional, friendly service.

we visited the hotel for the second time - once when it was still Aqua Mondo in 2022 and now in May under a new name. the hotel services are a little better and the hotel staff were excellent and worked 100%. we would like to praise the bartender at the pool bar - with great drinks, also the waiter Ibrahim 100%, who brought us drinks to the beach ... also thank the waiter Ali and Monty in the upper part of the hotel in the Lobby bar and terrace - 100% and thank Ahmed in the Asian ala carte restaurant for the perfect service 100%, the animation team was also okay the rooms were clean and always tidy the beach was nice and clean we relaxed and enjoyed our holiday
