We have visited expecting 4 star hotel with all inclusive package. On arrival the main building of the hotel was lovely. However rooms alone are 2&1/2 at the best. Pillows are a non goer - solid. From pictures you can see the imperfections that are simply unforgivable - it is in the detail. Fitting a plug over a mirror leaving it loose and not flush in a bathroom is a real hazard. The advertised sporting facilities - I cannot find a word for that. The all inclusive package is not the all inclusive package you get elsewhere - as you have to pay for many different things - pool/ice coffee/icecream/coctail (the ones I tried leave a lot to imagination). On a hotel beach you are not left to relax as there are people trying to sell you things - this is not appropriate in a hotel. Guests should be protected from sellers chancing their luck. Food was OK for us. Service mediocre. I am not sure if in Egypt people like to smile and be genuine.

Beach: Very nice. Sandy swallow water. Staff: Nice, they don't disturb. Food: breakfast repetitive. Lunch dinner: salads ,desert same, variety of main dishes, as fish, and meat. Overall Good. Room: old room (131) with broken door andctails, bed was very comfortable and very quite at the night. Cleaners: they cleaned properly, but they didn't trust I will give them tips, and they stole 20$ from my girlfriend s bag. I didn't report it. The hotel hasn't any responsibility on that as there's safe. Bar: Joseph is a great bartender, very helpful. Overall: nice holiday. I recommend it..I will return

We had a great holiday, the staff is very friendly and kind. The food was also really good, a lot of variation every day. The animation team was als excellent! The room was also really clean. The sea is also really beautyful. 10/10 would recommend!

The food is delicious, the room is normal, the soup, the sea, the decorations, the beach, the beautiful gym, the excursions are super and everything is good, I liked the mini the hotel is very nice, everyone here is friendly and the beach here is very nice and the seas are beautiful

I can honestly say myself and my partner had the best holiday we have ever had! All staff are totally amazing,welcoming,and cannot do enough for you. The animation team are wonderful and work so hard. The food superb selection. Everything so clean, our room cleaned and new bedding everyday. Some lovely chilled spaces provided. Lovely spa and lots of different procedures to choose from. All inclusive really does mean that, there were no hidden charges at all. Water provided everyday in the room. Cannot say enough to recommend this hotel to anyone. We are definitely returning again next year!

Nasty outdated hotel it was a hovel. Looked like we had landed in Baghdad. Checked in and was taken to the 4 storey blocks at the rear of the hotel overlooking the tennis courts, well that’s what they were meant to be. Lift was dangerous, asked to move and was told you get what you pay for. Beds were planks of wood with thin mattresses, room was filthy, bathroom was gross shower curtain was that dirty and old fridge was growing mould. Food was disgusting we stayed one night and checked out leaving for a really nice hotel 10 minutes from the marina. Stay away from this hotel don’t touch it with a barge pole. If I could give it zero stars I would

I hope the management will see this review. Please don’t forget that people come here for vacation, to relax. MUCH too loud music is an aggressive way of keeping guests from relaxing. There can be some music from time to time, but when it is too often and ALWAYS MUCH TOO LOUD, then it becomes a nuisance, not comfortable for the guests. Furthermore, the air conditioner inside the reception and bar could be programmed to remain off from 8 pm to 8 am. It is not useful during these ours and the rooms are TOO COLD, not comfortable for the guests. There would also be a substantial saving on energy - and money. In an age when everyone tries to ban plastic it is a bad idea to provide exclusively plastic spoons, as is done here for breakfast. They fly away with the wind and litter the whole place, including the beach. The wifi signal in the cottages is often weak and unstable. This can be improved.
