Amazing place staff amazing great for all ages life guard and bar staff amazing went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed will definitely be returning next year it’s a beautiful hotel has everything you need to have amazing holiday staff very friendly and polite

Good hotel, big pool, friendly staff . Life guard man is great and staff very friendly great location. Entertainment is good too! Lots of stuff going on everyday! Bring your own alcohol from airport as the alcohol and food is great

My wife and I came for a week to celebrate here Birthday, leaving the kids at home. We were given a pool view room - 6404. Joseff was our housekeeper and he came in everyday with 2 bottles of water, any shower gel or shampoo we needed and fresh towels. Yes the rooms are a little tired but the bed was comfortable. The aircon cold. No real complaints. I don’t understand the problem people have with the drinks, if I wanted a beer it was poured directly from the bottle, I saw him crack the lid off on many a fresh bottle so definitely not watered down. Mohammed on the snack bar was great he would offer poolside service for the drinks. He always had a smile on his face and was very talkative and polite. Come 8pm head to the Piano bar (part of the all inclusive) for genuine cocktails. Raymond the bartender knows his stuff and again nothing is too much trouble. Sadly we know come to the food. Firstly make sure you go to the Basilico restaurant as this is for the British clients and you’re not fighting with the Arabs and Eastern Europe in the queue. The food was cooked thoroughly but sadly the choice was so repetitive by the end of the week we were on soup and chip butties. Apart from that we had a great holiday and when you add in the 10 minute transfer from the airport want more do you want.

Vile. It is not a 5 star hotel. I would avoid, middle of no where. Food is horrible. Water park behind that is not clean no chlorine nothing. Beach is not close as they say u have go get a mini bus there that is always full. Rooms r a safety hazard ! Got moved multiple times! Still shocking. Ended up severely ill from last day n 14 days at home after. Avoid. Would give no stars but have 2 stars given just for the worker ATIF he was lovely and did my room out in balloons for my daughter birthday. He is so nice , please go work at a nicer place you deserve better x

We had a great time in the hotel. We lived in the room no.7005 located in a beautiful villa. We ussually used a swimming pool next to our room. The lifeguard and barman provided an excellent service there. We could rest there drinking teasty drinks and a fun in the pool. The lifeguard always took care of us. The aquapark was amazing for our child.

Wonderful holiday.. first time in Egypt Parrotel lagoon,,, amazing staff very helpful and kind made u feel very welcomed especially Ahmed El Hadidy … could not do enough for us all.. very good English explained everything to us…
