If you are looking for a place to spend 2 days it is pleasant, but for vacations unfortunately I do not recommend it, the cleaning is not good, the food is also not good, I found the service terrible, he does not care about the guest, if it is to take vacations and stay more than 2 days I do not recommend this hotel for vacations.

Amazing flower gardens, the smell is captivating. Staff are so accommodating will go above and beyond to meet expectations. Great location. And great entertainment team. I big thank you to Mahmood restaurant manager, what a great spirit. Made our stay memorable.

Amazing holiday, staff are amazing, animation team amazing I loved every single one of them and will be returning in July! The food was good and all the staff in the hotel bent over backwards to make sure rhe stay was amazing couldn't have asked for any more!

Great service in the hotel. Entertainment team was amazing. They made us both very welcome and always had us up dancing. The food in the hotel was amazing and always something for you to choose. Was never dissapointed with anything in or around the hotel. We had some issues but was rectified within a matter of minutes.

: The resort is lovely ! And the staff are amazing ! The beds are very comfortable and rooms are specious. : food isn’t the best and there’s a million flies on it which completely puts you off. The grills outside are probably the best. The drinks are served in small plastic cups, although on day 4 the cups got bigger and we couldn’t complain as the sky bar staff would always make sure the drinks were strong and if they seen that you had no drink they would always make sure to keep you toppped up. The staff member by the big slides was our favourite he was soooooooo caring, checked up on you all the time and as soon as you got up for something he told you to sit back down so he can take care of it ! shiko from the animation team we thought was good until tonight as we had some friends staying in another hotel that had free entry to Hard Rock Cafe but he tried to charge them £40 entry. The guys on the doors argued with him and made him give the money back to my friends. This was a big let down for shiko as the whole holiday he has been brilliant. Overall I will definitely return to Sharm but never to this hotel as it seems that the animation team are big money grabbers which has ruined the stay on our last night. We felt embarrassed by Shiko on our last night in front of our friends by him trying to take money from them when they had free entry.

The hotel was excellent beds so comfy rooms cleaned every day and the balcony was a sun trap so stayed up there most days. The food was amazing but the cocktails where a no go for me apart from that it was the best holiday I've had. All the staff there went above and beyond for you and I made some good friends in them too. We are hoping to be back next year our room was 2118 and I defo want that room again.

This hotel is an absolute disaster! If you’re looking for a place to ruin your vacation, you’ve found it. The food is monotonous, bland, and downright terrible. Every meal feels like déjà vu – the same low-quality dishes over and over again. There’s no variety, no effort, just cheap, uninspired slop. The bar service is even worse. The bartenders act like they’re doing you a favor by serving drinks and are downright rude. I tried to grab two beers – one for myself and one for my wife – and was met with an attitude as if I was asking for gold. To make things worse, they straight-up lie, claiming they’ve "run out of beer" just because they don’t want to serve more. Clearly, this place is cutting costs wherever possible. And don’t be fooled by the so-called water slides – they exist, but they’re turned on for just a few minutes before being shut down again. It’s nothing more than a marketing trick to lure in unsuspecting guests. This hotel is cheap, stingy, and completely unprofessional. They cut corners on everything – from food and drinks to entertainment and service. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being scammed.
