As other reviews have stated, the drinks are awful and the resort is mostly full of Russians. But that did not spoil our holiday one little bit!! Fabulous room (1126) overlooking the sea, jacuzzi bath in room and huge double bed, and kept immaculately clean. We spent each day at a different spot round the resort (quiet pool, main pool, beach etc) always free sunbeds. All grounds kept clean and tidy. Small aqua park lots of fun, just perfect for us as a middle aged couple. Some bizarre concoctions of food, probably geared up for the Russians, but we certainly never went hungry. Abdul in the restaurant was just amazing, tracked us down every time we were in to check that everything was ok, and went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed, a true star!! Thank you Abdul!! Every single other staff member we encountered were so friendly and warm and kind, even if they did struggle to understand our Yorkshire accents. Thanks for the memories Rehana ❤️

Trash hotel trash rooms trash food very old very dirty never renovated insects in rooms on toilets food quality very poor is not recommend to go thier be away no hygiene in any area at the hotel actually it is not a hotel never find clean linens all of it dirty with spots - when you go to the restaurant the eat you have the carry your medicine s with you all people vomit and deorieh God help any clients think the go thier Be away be away don't ever to book it

I stayed at Rehana Royal Hotel in room 2010, and it was one of the best locations in the resort I had five swimming pools surrounding my room – literally steps from my terrace and even right by the door, which made every moment relaxing and convenient. The main restaurant was just a few steps away, and so was the beach, making everything super accessible. The food was good, with a nice variety, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mahmoud from housekeeping, who always kept the room spotless and was very kind. I also want to send special thanks to Mr. Alaa, the General Manager, who is always around the hotel, making sure everyone is happy and well taken care of – truly impressive The beach was beautiful, and the snorkeling experience there was amazing – so many colorful fish I also enjoyed the daily entertainment – both morning activities and evening shows were a lot of fun and added a great vibe to the stay. Definitely recommend the hotel and would love to come back again

Terrible hotel, just awful. I never seen so dirty and old hotel. Food is terrible, everything is bad. They don't have any beach, this hotel is wasting money and guarantee to make your vacation awful. I wouldn't recommend even to my enemy. This is sucks

What an amazing hotel. Food was fantastic and the staff were so good to us. I would like to personally say a massive thank you to Anwar Fathy (manager) who went out of his way more than once to help us. Every day, whatever time of day it was he welcomed us and made us feel very comfortable, thank you Anwar. I’m highly recommending this hotel, please visit you won’t regret it.

Awful. Stuff working for russians. Music every night whit russian attitude. Stuff is not even try to speak in emgy. Paid for everything but everyday asking Extra Money. Wht fck. I come here to feel Egypt, your soul, not russia. Rooms not delux ig you reserve:) bartenders are very unprofessional, one cocktail in big glass, want one more? Sorry, I don’t have a glass:)). Water should be in uou room, because uou can’t drink their water on tap:) but here we come:) we have to come im reception every simgle fay to ask for water. WATER. Good food, that’s for sure!Amazing restaurant stuff and manager. Everyday chairs whit umbrella take’d, I coming on 6am and no free place. Rehana should write welcome russians but anothers sorry. No feel about egyptian, just first night had seen something special, tradicional. Tripadvider dont let put video but all evenings was awful. No recomadation if you want have real hollidays.

First good things. Sea and beach is nice, sunbeds are old but at least still in use. There a little of swimming pools so all will find a place to lie. The sunbeds is ok, staff always helps with extra beds next to swimming pools if all are taken just need to aak them. Bad things: The food not good. The varity of food is miserable, every single day same food no changes.. the whole area of eating at restaurants is dirty, sticky …. Broken cups and plates, dirty forks… on the floor dirty. My bad i did not read reviews before booking it… people do not lie this hotel is very poor. The only one good thing is seas and snorkelling thas all good about it… ok pools are quite ok. Rooms dirty, bathroom as well… thankfully bed sheets were clean. The last day of holiday staff requires to give away not even room key but also braclets even though our pick up was only at 18:00 in the evening.. if we wanted to keep braclest they requires to pay. So we extended time till 16:00 with 30dolars extra. To sum up, if you can spent a week eating same poor food and do not care about cleanliness you can go here.

The hotel is very poor. The rooms are tragic, the furniture/equipment is like from the 1950s. The bed was broken. The water in the shower barely ran, there was no hot water. There were ants and beetles in the bathroom that looked like cockroaches. There is no hygiene in the hotel. The food is very poor, it is prepared without following hygiene standards, the food is put with bare hands, without gloves, without anything. The pools are very cold, the sea is warmer than the pool. The hotel grounds are 7/10. Quite a lot of garbage was thrown in and outside the hotel. Very rude service staff, asking for a tip at every step. If you don't tip in the cocktail bar, they don't serve you, even though you have bought an ultra all-inclusive. A very poor hotel, I wouldn't even recommend it to my enemy.

This hotel should be classified as a 3 stars then it leaves drinks running out all the time. The service is good and foods are good enough. The beers are already served hot. Staff charged extra for drinks. and I had my card stuck in the ATM and when I asked the receptionist for help he told me that a friend of his could solve my problem for 50 dollars, even though it is the bank's obligation to fix this and when I told him this I was threatened
