We had an amazing holiday at the Sea Beach in February half term, enjoyed it so much so we have booked to return for next Feb half term! Food was lovely, I think people have high unrealistic expectations for the price paid honestly. Breakfast was fine, it wasn't a full english but more than enough choice! We had lunch at the beach snack bar, which was freshly made pizzas, chips, cheese burgers and were all delicious! Then the evening dinner, me and my partner were always very happy with the choice, 11 yr old always found something , the 7 year old had chips , pasta carrots most days but he was happy! The beach was great, never seen such turquoise clear seas! Water park again, amazing our kids loved it and made lots of friends. It was heated in some pools, not in others.. the main huge pool was not heated and freezing which was a shame. Our room guy, Elsabaeea Hosny was the best! Room cleaned daily to high standard & we loved the towel art :) Entertainment all great lots going on but they don't pester you to join in, very easy to relax and get sun beds etc.. The only down sides are no coffee machines , no wine available at the all inc bars (only in restaurants) , TINY glasses meaning you have to go to the bar a lot.. should have a decent kids corner in restaurants! Other than that it was PERFECT thank you to all the hard working staff!

If you need a trip or any help within the hotel. The best man is Kareem. He will make sure you are looked after and not over charge. The trips are amazing and he couldn’t be more helpful. The hotel is very accommodating and lovely views. Look for Kareem in red t-shirt.

Recently stayed at the Sea Beach Aqua resort Hotel on our family holiday to sharm el sheikh. This hotel has a really good aqua park and some really friendly staff here. I Would like to give a special mention to our initial greet by the Bell Captain Saber. This guy is great, he was really welcoming and was always happy and smiley. Made my family feel welcome and always spoke to us and was there if we needed help with anything. We also met 2 of the lifeguards Mohammed and Hussain by the heated pool. Really friendly and even gave us a ball to play with. We had our own pool ball but this was a nice of them and they let us keep it as a gift. We met a really nice waiter in the cascade restaurant called Mustafa who was really friendly and was always checking if we needed anything. There was a nice guy we met at the hotels taxi stand called Walid who was equally friendly and arranged our taxis when we wanted to go out to do a bit of sightseeing or if we wanted to go shopping. The driver Abram was fantastic! Really friendly guy who let my kids use his phone to play music whenever we went out. He always kept to his timings when he collected us when we finished shopping and made our experience outside the hotel just as great as it was inside the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying at Sea Beach Aqua Resort and if you want a great experience then speak the guys mentioned in my review. I hope to visit again soon Keep up the great work guys! Sea Beach Aqua Park resort was an amazing experience. We went at the end of February and stayed 5 nights. We were 4 adults with a 2 year old. The facilities are very tidy, really well kept and child friendly. The staff is so lovely, made us feel at home and always went out of their way to help us. There’s plenty to do at the resort, because the entertainment team is always informing you of what you can do and always happy and cheerful. With the help of Otaka we booked experiences that made our stay unforgettable. We did a boat trip, diving, a safari at the desert… among other things. The only thing I would point out is that I would like to try more Egyptian food at the resort. But besides that it’s all good. There’s a few restaurants, with plenty of variety and international dishes. There’s a beach, many pools, aqua park and shows at the resort. I already booked another trip for my family this year and can’t wait to go back. Lovely place.

Overall we had a wonderful holiday, for a cheap deal. Lovely hotel grounds, Food ok, Pools only 2 heated. The slides pool water was freezing. So only used for 1 day. Entertainment team tried their best. It was a bit repetitive. We enjoyed the heated pool see picture. Lovely snorkelling off the jetty.

So friendly and helpful. In fact, they couldn’t do enough for us. Made us feel very special. The two ladies on the customer services desks were excellent and helped us to make the most of our holiday. Room was great and our Houseman (room 1335) was the best. Ahmed and reception staff went over the top to assist us. Buffet restaurants and staff were very friendly, helpful and funny. Speciality restaurants great too. All in all we can’t give them a better star rating than 10/10. We would definately like to go to the sea beach aqua park hotel again.

Best barman in lobby bar Mahmoud a raouf always attentive always has a smile and can have a good laugh lobby bag is a good place to relax always keeps the beer topped up and just a great place to be at all times of the day or night all bar staff were great tho
