Totally enjoyed my 4 night stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Lots of places to relax and enjoy the sun or shade. Spa staff were so friendly and offered deals to suit. Food was delicious considering such a big hotel the flavours were not compromised at all.

Almost perfect! Entertainment, food, and shopping all very nice. However, the shower in my room had no hot water and the problem was not resolved. Other than that, lovely resort. Will definitely be back 🙂

The price/performance ratio is acceptable. After all, it is not a five-star resort. The front desk said on the phone that we could extend the check-out time to 2pm, but when I got there they said the room was fully booked and no extension was allowed. Bad review.

First of all, they make you wait until 2 pm. Since everyone gathers to check in at 14:00, there is chaos. No one speaks English at the reception, you have difficulty communicating. When you come to the hotel, it is clean enough, you can find any variety you want, there was food suitable for every culture. The sea was full of colorful fish and coral. It was a very different experience. The pool was big enough. The rooms were cooled by 2-story air conditioners. As for alcohol, the local drinks are not very good, you can drink draft beer.
