Pickalbatros Royal Moderna Sharm "Aqua Park"

We stayed here for 2 weeks in March. Requested a quieter room as we had no children with us which was exactly what we got and pool view. The room was spacious and a huge bed with a single bed. The gentleman on the front desk John Gerge’s was very helpful with all of our needs. The room was cleaned every day spotlessly and our house keeper surprised us quite a few times with beautiful towel features. There were plenty of pools for children of all ages and also quiet pools that we could enjoy. The beach was lovely and clean with a long gondola which we could snorkel off the sides and end seeing the most beautiful fish. There were plenty of bean bands and sun beds to use. The beach bartender Maged Salal looked after us well serving us drinks and bringing them to us during the day. The restaurants were spotless.!You could wander through the different themed restaurants and choose a variety of food which was yummy. The service was amazing. There were different bars to choose from where you could sit inside and out. Day and night. We used the taxis from the hotel when went out to Soho square which was a must and to the Hard Rock Cafe. We went on 1 trip to the White Island. The boat and crew were fantastic. Brilliant snorkelling. But the island itself wasn’t an island and a bit disappointing but the trip itself was good. The beach food restaurant nice. But it was the same food everyday. Could do with a bit more variety on different days there. The staff there were excellent and accommodating where possible. The entertainment was aimed at the children, so if you had kids with you, it was perfect. All the staff were eager to help and remembered your food and drinks preferences from day one. A special thank you to our bartender Ahmed Mohamed , who looked after the bar, under the Tagine restaurant and Maged Salah who looked
