4.6/5
Outstanding
GGuest UserOne of the few hotels in Sharm El Sheikh that cares about its reputation. They try to make your vacation perfect. You can use the hotel grounds across the street
The animators are great
The only thing missing is its own reef
GGuest UserAn elegant establishment offering a myriad of amenities, White Hills Hotel hosted me during a large-scale event, accommodating numerous guests. Consequently, I acknowledge potential subjectivity in my assessment, given the bustling nature of the occasion. Regrettably, the hotel appeared rather commonplace in the context of Sharm, failing to meet my preconceived expectations.
Service standards, in particular, fell short in comparison to establishments of a lower tier. A discernible lack of order and organization was evident, notably during the check-in and check-out procedures, which seemed marred by temporary capacity challenges.
Despite these shortcomings, a commendable aspect was the amiable and responsive nature of many staff members encountered. Their professionalism in addressing my concerns with empathy was noteworthy.
Contemplating a return stay at White Hills Hotel warrants careful consideration. The observed lapses in service and organization may be contextualized within the framework of the hotel's current capacity constraints, urging a reconsideration when conditions are more favorable
AAbdoswissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services
002バックパッカーa hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt
It's a hotel built on a vast expanse of land, and the room you're staying in is villa-style I thought it was a hotel with a pool inside and many Russians used it
”Maybe it was a little old, but I couldn't unlock the room, so I called the staff many times.” I want you to fix my room key
GGuest UserA very good hotel. The promotional pictures are seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. It is recommended that the business re-shoot the promotional pictures. The actual decoration is very modern and new. There are also several restaurants (two of which are Chinese restaurants. The taste is average and limited. There are not many people and reservations are required. Haha) Overall, it is still very good! A large resort worth staying in! !
PPrattLisaOnly a short stay, very large room kept nice and clean. Lovely animation team working hard to make your holiday fun. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Didn't really eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food
GGuest UserThe room is relatively clean and has good lighting. There is a swimming pool outside the room (shared by three families) which is great. Employees in the swimming pool pump out part of the water and clean and filter it every night. Although some facilities are a bit old, it can be seen that the staff are cleaning and cleaning very seriously. The only criticism is that the sheets and quilts in the room are slightly stained (we brought disposable sheets and it didn't have much impact). The location arranged by the hotel is great. You can go to the beach and play in less than a minute's walk. There are many big fish in the shallow water. There is a dedicated area for snorkeling and the underwater scenery is available. The staff has a strong sense of service and the hotel has a very good price/performance ratio!
JJudyThe room environment is very good, the breakfast and lunch are very average, the main reason is that there are too many people, and you have to queue up to eat
The italian restaurant dinner reservation was perfect and delicious
Tucao: The contact information of the hotel is simply a decoration. I sent an email to book a pick-up ten days before the trip. Sharm El Sheikh has no rental, so I can only rely on the hotel to book a car. After sending more than a dozen emails, the first reply I received It turned out that they transferred it to their colleagues, and it was passed around, but no one resolved it. I had no choice but to ask Ctrip for help, but the dramatic result was that Ctrip couldn't even contact the hotel?
I was convinced, thinking that I had to call this hotel as soon as I arrived in Egypt. When I arrived in Cairo, I used an Egyptian card to call the hotel, but no one answered, or it was a wrong call. I was very speechless. I traveled for fifteen days. This is the first time the country has encountered such a situation, and finally received an email confirmation. Then we arrived at Sharm El Sheikh Airport. We couldn’t see the driver who came to pick us up. We waited for 20 minutes. We couldn’t contact the hotel. We had to wait at the airport, speechless.
AAnonymous UserReceptionist was very welcoming and helpful. All staff want the please very willing to assist and want guests to be happy.
Hot Food could be hotter, and quite repetitive. no choice of cereals for breakfast, geared for the Egyptian taste.
Staff taking food from the breakfast buffet in front of guests, (using their hands) not using utensils provided. Even cleaning staff, to Supervisor levels including some chefs.
Was a theme hotel previously so still remnants of that, but have been told the new administration will be changing many things and updating the hotel.
It is a lovely sized hotel just far enough out of Naaama Bay that it is quiet, but close enough to walk within 30 minutes.
The position is under the inbound flight path, which on certain days can be a little loud.
The staff make the hotel, nearly all of them always smiling and likes to see you.
