It's too dirty and not hygienic at all. Bad reviews. There are no disposable toilet seats. It's rubbish.

The service quality of the waiter is so bad. There are people at the bar on the first floor who will say hello, but there is nothing to say during check-in and phone consultation. This waiter is a shareholder and shouldn't have such an attitude.

酒店位置優越，遷安市中心位置，設備齊全，旁邊商場，餐飲都有，對面就是個大廣場，傍晚期間大廣場很熱鬧，適合飯後散步，房間衞生乾淨，因第二天坐車要晚走，酒店還給延遲退房了，一家人情味很足的酒店，來遷安住維也納！

每次住宿都會選擇維也納，酒店設備設施保養的非常好，房間幾秒就出熱水了，洗澡水非常舒服，房間床品也很新，用起來相當放心，服務也很好，前台小姐姐服務相當熱情，細緻的推薦遷安美食及遊玩路線，房間寬敞，下次仍是最佳選擇。

維也納應該是遷安最好的酒店之一，交通便利，性價比極高，酒店對面就是大廣場，夜景也非常漂亮，旁邊有大型商超，購物吃飯都非常方便，服務人員態度好，熱情周到，客房服務非常細緻，值得推薦！

酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，衞生很乾凈，樓道里一眼望去簡潔清爽，離天元谷景區近，出入很方便，周邊吃飯非常方便，還有一個大商場在隔壁，購物也方便。這應該是市中心了，人流量還挺大。總之整體還是十分舒適的。
