【五星好評】這次入住體驗非常滿意！酒店位置便利，距離地鐵站和商圈都很近。前台服務熱情專業，入住手續辦理迅速。房間寬敞整潔，床品舒適柔軟，隔音效果很好，一夜安眠。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質不錯。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，尤其喜歡現煮的麪檔。保潔阿姨每天打掃得很仔細，還貼心補充礦泉水。性價比超高，下次出差還會選擇這裏！

第一這店價格比周圍貴一點，裏面所有東西都要消費，按金200，服務特別不好，開個發票非得經理明天上班才能開，衞生特別差，很多死角都很臟，要是夏天，會有很多蟲子的。提燈定損知道不，你退房的時候，會各種理由扣你按金。死啦貴的。還服務不好，礦泉水都收錢，房間裏的水壺 特別臟，不知道是不是被人煮過襪子啥的。強烈建議 不要訂這家。

衞生：整潔乾淨
環境：安靜。幾次入住九潤湯泉酒店，感受還是非常好的，頭幾次有方便的一次性拖鞋，近幾次這個已經取消了，雖然沒有早餐，但是價格還是平民的，可以一住。

真服啦，住那麼多次酒店第一次遇到態度那麼差的。點了份外賣，外賣小哥説不給上樓，酒店人複雜，為保護客户私隱及安全我可以理解。於是給前台打電話，讓前台送上來。前台直接來一句我們這不給送你自己下來取吧（那語氣我還以為我是前台他是客户），我尋思應該是前台客户人多，我也沒多説啥。羨慕一看，前台兩個人一個在招待，一個在哪裡玩手機。我真是吐了🤮。越想越氣。試問你在前台玩手機都不能給客户送個東西？
