環境：安靜。幾次入住九潤湯泉酒店，感受還是非常好的，頭幾次有方便的一次性拖鞋，近幾次這個已經取消了，雖然沒有早餐，但是價格還是平民的，可以一住。

真服啦，住那麼多次酒店第一次遇到態度那麼差的。點了份外賣，外賣小哥説不給上樓，酒店人複雜，為保護客户私隱及安全我可以理解。於是給前台打電話，讓前台送上來。前台直接來一句我們這不給送你自己下來取吧（那語氣我還以為我是前台他是客户），我尋思應該是前台客户人多，我也沒多説啥。羨慕一看，前台兩個人一個在招待，一個在哪裡玩手機。我真是吐了🤮。越想越氣。試問你在前台玩手機都不能給客户送個東西？

整體較差，洗了個冷水澡，打電話給前台説有安排人看，一直沒有人。床上的被單一股味道，整晚沒睡着。空調沒有，作為南方小土豆真是冷的不得了。酒店還不配礦泉水，喝了水還收費，第一次住酒店這樣的😔

房間有窗但是打不開，房間空調是壞的沒有辦法正常通風製冷只有制熱，下水地漏是堵着的。酒店服務員服務態度差，説讓水管工人師傅修一下，師傅修了半個小時沒弄好，前台讓我換個房，新房間的房卡還續不上。新房間沒有吹風筒，洗完澡衹能自然幹發，住這個酒店是個運氣活兒，運氣好的話不會出現上面的問題。
