該酒店位於潛山市黨校內，酒店是掛牌三星級賓館。酒店停車場很大，特別適合自駕遊車隊入住。酒店步行五分鐘就到雪湖公園，夜景很漂亮。酒店的自助早餐還可以，但如果按三星標準的酒店，早餐還要再豐富一點。

設施稍顯老舊，淋浴房有漏水的問題，且過年期間有漲價，性價比不如往年，但總體來講還行，位置不錯，出門不遠就是公園，前台響應迅速、服務挺好。

酒店比較老一些，但是設施還是齊全的，服務是點讚的地方，出去玩不就是享受的過程麼，花最少的錢享受最好的服務，必須為工作人員好評了，點名前台姐姐，優秀！其他的，這個酒店可能不能滿足，畢竟便宜嘛，但是能湊合的人的話，同等價位，可以選擇這裏吧。酒店對面的早餐店老闆人也超好。

樂天然酒店真不錯，設施齊全，乾淨衞生，衞生間乾濕分離，環境不錯，服務熱情，特別是早餐質量也很好，味道不錯，值得推薦。

酒店雖然比較老，但很温馨，性價比較高，，服務態度尚可，停車方便，出行便利，方便就是雪湖公園，步行三五分鐘即到！

離雪湖濕地公園較近，行政學院內，道路窄還緊挨小學放子路堵嚴重房間還可，設施較陳舊，花灑頭立不起來，立桿還漏水。特別是電視機有雪花，找前台服務員要求換一房間先不給換，她讓保潔調了十多分鐘不行，找來電工調也不行也衹想給換一台電視板，拆連換完又調了一段時後不行又叫來主管調也沒調好，浪費我的近兩小時時間最後衹能換個房間，對這種不為住宿人利益着想與煩人的處理問題的做法讓我們非常氣腦。
