The castle standard room on the third floor is next to the elevator. All special forces members, please think twice. Not sleeping well can really affect your mood.

Number one on the list of boutique B&Bs, why is the ceiling like this? There is a coffee machine in the room. Where is the coffee machine? We are the only two guests in the entire hotel, so we hope it can be run with integrity.

天鵝堡酒店就在遊客中心前的大路口，城堡式的建築靚麗奪目，房間也很棒，每一位服務人員都是熱情負責，最驚喜當屬做飯的阿姨為我們準備的了一人一份的營養早餐，花色品種豐富，排放得漂漂亮亮的，很用心，很感動！心情愉悦的上路——登天柱山！

提幾點問題，第一，衞生方面不仔細，浴室門把手上有煙頭。第二，房間內有些插頭不好用，充不上電（晚上還跳閘斷電了一次） 第三，早餐種類少，可能是民宿的原因。 總體來説相比天柱山的美景，酒店配套設施希望能更進一步提升。

前台很心細，會詢問我們是否自駕，自駕有免費的停車場
我是坐高鐵來的，下了高鐵有十塊錢的景區巴士直接到遊客中心，幾百米就到酒店。很方便。
房間很乾凈。整潔。洗漱用品帶孩子得前台會詢問是否要增加拖鞋和牙刷，總之很愉快的入住體驗
