我是背包自由行旅遊者，行程依靠公共交通工具，預訂該酒店是因為要去天柱山，網頁介紹距離天柱山大道300米，上百度搜尋，從高鐵站到該酒店，有潛山8路和源潭專線到達，價格也比較低，因此就下了訂單住2宿。實際上到下8路公車後，找不到源潭專線，距離8路最近下車處還有1.7公里，費了一些周折才到酒店。酒店經營者很熱情，因為沒有公車到天柱山旅遊專線發車處，老闆早上開車送我到發車處，第二天離開潛山時，又送我到8路公車站。當地公交車路線調整頻繁，18點後沒有公車。百度上的訊息都過時了。已向經營者建議，該酒店今後要吸引大批自由行的窮遊者入住，希望能提供到潛山客運中心和天柱山車站免費接送，距離衹有2公里，但解除了乘公車難的問題，如能這麼做，還是一家到天柱山窮遊者首選的酒店。
