交通不方便，出行都是小路，高峯期極易堵車；地方也不好找，導航都找不到，衹能到附近了開車溜達；設施陳舊，晚上換氣嗡嗡響，根本睡不着，長途跋涉累癱了都得到後半夜才睡着；門口大門上一個巨大的馬蜂窩，還以為是荒廢的爛尾樓；白天大堂也不開燈，裏面宴會廳的門半掩着，推開門進大堂都找不到服務人員，特別瘮人；上到房間也是不開燈，到處黑不隆咚，特別嚇人；服務員態度也不好，反正你找她幹什麼就是不行；自助早餐品種特別少，雞蛋還每人限一個，真的是小氣了，又不是特別好的土雞蛋，孩子多拿一個都不行，格局小了。反正體驗最差的一次住酒店，大人小孩都説以後再也不會住這家了。

總體非常不錯，唯一遺憾的是第一天晚上快十二點才有空調，前半夜基本沒睡着，優點是第一次住提供刮鬍刀的酒店，點贊！！！位置確實好，出門就是水庫，可以提供點餐到房間服務，這點非常的好。

看了攜程之前的評價，做足了心理準備，沒想到，萬萬沒想到，請問此酒店是把套房做成了雜物間嗎？舊床墊塞進了一個房間，健身器材丟到了裏面的衞生間角落……毀我三觀，可惜了這麼美麗的河景，洗浴用品不敢恭維，連個正經放的盒子都沒有，幸虧我早有準備，衞生和服務就更不用提了

地點偏遠，週邊沒有吃的，點外賣小哥都嫌遠，不願意送，還拜託我取消訂單
設施老舊，頭一天住的房間馬桶還會搖
熱水不熱，反應過後也沒改善
床頭沒有充電插頭，充電不便
毛巾都脫線長毛了，還沒替換掉
櫃檯及房務服務人員態度倒是還算熱心、客氣
酒店在水庫旁，景觀還算不錯
