晚上十一點到，需要停車，找不到酒店停車入口，給前台打電話居然沒有人接，第二早上就離店了，所以也沒有什麼服務可言，隔音不太好，靠馬路邊邊的房吵鬧，凌晨三四點還有人在説話，其他的都還行吧！

這次入住體驗超乎預期！房間乾淨整潔，裝修簡約大氣，床品柔軟舒適，一覺到天亮。前台服務熱情周到，主動幫忙提行李、推薦周邊美食。距離烏江大峽谷和劉家度水庫都很方便。寵物友好酒店非常贊。

酒店在大街上，地下停車場比較小，不太好停車。812房間在防火門外，真奇怪，轉了2圈才找到。房間裏也奇怪，沒有掛衣架，酒店配的晾衣架掛在洗手枱下方，還有個奇葩的夜燈，睡在靠窗的人衹要一翻身戎動下腿它就亮了

住了三天兩晚，感覺酒店房間不錯👍，設施齊全智能高級，大堂設計風格簡約優雅，前台服務態度好，特別是前台經理工作認真待人熱情，還根據我們不太吃辣的習慣，介紹兩家很好的餐館解決了我們吃飯難的問題，非常感謝🙏，希望餐廳管理進一步提高。

酒店房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，前台的所有工作人員都非常非常好!周到熱情，及時解決問題。餐廳和客房部工作人員也很好，有地下車庫停車滿了也可以停對面，早餐温馨舒服。

衞生服務都很好，晚上睡覺也安靜。酒店自帶停車位不好停車，可以停在酒店附近指定停車場，在酒店錄入車牌號即可。部分房間窗子正對着對面的樓，至少我住的是這樣的，總之性價比還可以，品質一般。

第一次到黔西出差，選擇了這個酒店，誇爆酒店服務，因為我們出差期間的文件總是損壞，去打印店打印有了不好的體驗，後來衹能求助前台，前台小姐姐超有耐心，一直幫忙解決，還有我們天天早出晚歸，無法取快遞，也是前台小姐姐幫忙處理的……今天退房寄存行李也處理得很好，真的超級棒的體驗～

房間很好很舒服 ，沒有噪音，而且全屋智能，燈光柔亮也不刺眼，氛圍很舒服，前台的小姐姐們服務周到，熱情可愛，周圍吃的很方便，特別是豆米火鍋簡直無敵，親民還下飯，在黔西這個酒店簡直沒的説，推薦推薦，強烈推薦。
