Overall experience: The hotel is still very new, with relatively complete configurations and large rooms. There are two restaurants in the hotel, a gym (24 hours), and a swimming pool from 6:00 to 22:00. When checking in at the hotel, the front desk gave me chocolate cookies 🍪, which tasted good. Room experience: The space in the room is comfortable, not cramped, the lighting is comfortable, the TV can be projected, and the bedding is relatively comfortable and slightly soft. There is no view outside the window, and it is a community behind, which is very quiet. There is a bathtub in the room for bathing, and there is also a shower room. The bathroom is brightly lit. The shower water pressure is good, and the toiletries are OK. The wardrobe hangers are well equipped, enough for a family of three. Restaurant: The restaurant is on the first floor. There are many breakfast options. The food tastes average, but the service staff is very proactive and enthusiastic.

The room was very nice and the view from the room was amazing. However, the hotel really doesn't cater to Western couples - it seems like everyone else staying in the hotel was a Chinese couple with young children. There was little information in the hotel about what the hotel had to offer, and there were a lot of things that were unavailable - the pool was closed, the two Western restaurants were closed, the bar was closed (and looked like it had never been open), and a lot of the eating places around the hotel were closed too. The hotel was very busy and noisy with all the families, and maintenance of the garden and outside areas of the hotel was not a priority at all - things were falling apart and they looked a mess. Having said all of this, it was nice to be able to walk on the beach and see the ocean. However, couples looking for a nice getaway where they can relax should look at going somewhere else.

Traveling with my family, I booked a superior twin room. The room was very large, spacious and clean, with a high floor and a wide view! The shower room and toilet are separate, each with a wash basin, which is a good idea and very humane! The water in the hotel swimming pool is also very clean. It is very comfortable to go to the steam room after swimming, and the children have a lot of fun! Zoe, the customer service butler, is very considerate and thoughtful. She also gave us a free children's breakfast, which is great👍The hotel's breakfast tastes good and the variety is also rich. The children love to eat noodles and wontons! Check-in experience: I am very satisfied in all aspects. I will choose to stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel next time if I have the opportunity✌️
