服務：服務很周到，送行李到房，帶餐位，五星級水平。免費給升級了房間。
設施：房間的裝修非常新，設施先進，歡迎水果，掛燙機，啞光浴缸，電動窗簾等都很舒適。洗浴用品質量過關，智能馬桶也好用。衞生做得到位。
環境：早餐超值，品種豐富。整個停車、大堂服務人員態度都很熱情。一次很愉快地入住，下次來玩還住這裏。

來啟東出差，這是第一次來啟東賓館，辦理入住前台非常熱情，還幫忙拎行李。在樓上遇到客房的阿姨 也很熱情主動給我打招呼，進到房間感覺很乾凈，房間的地暖也很給力。整體感覺非常不錯，下次來啟東 再入住這家店

聽説啟東賓館裝修好幾年了，很久之前住過，這次有機會住上了，不得不説，重新裝修了之後比原來好太多了。設計啥的都是當下流行風格。房間挺乾淨的，服務也不錯。

酒店設計風格穩重大氣時尚精緻，房間寬敞舒適，因為有地暖體感温度適中，不開空調不乾燥，這一方面就超過了很多酒店，有時候出差別的酒店的空調調不了温度，整個很燥熱，但啟東賓館在這一點是真的很贊👍👍👍
