Outstanding Front Desk Service at MGM
The front desk service at MGM is the best I’ve ever experienced—the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Nora, in particular, is exceptional; her English is excellent, and she goes above and beyond to assist guests.
Everyone on the team is outstanding, and MGM truly delivers a first-class experience. The views are absolutely perfect—I stayed in a sea-view room, and the scenery was breathtaking. Additionally, the rooms are impeccably clean, and the high-quality amenities further enhance the stay.
MGM continues to exceed expectations—highly recommended!

The location is not near popular tourist places, not much choices for food delivery. You have to go down to take the delivery. This is unlike most of other hotels, which can help to deliver the room.
Hotel room size is ok, view is nice, amenities are good too.

If I could wait for 20minutes, I might get to better view room, though it was still not bad to stay in 16th floor. Luxurious hotel and services as well. Breakfast was very good, too.

My stay at MGM was amazing, from start to finish. I came for one night as a treat to myself. Tina from the front desk was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed the variety of food they offered. The staff are friendly and caring. The pool is absolutely stunning and I just so while visiting. The whole hotel was beautiful and I loved my stay here. Will be coming back for sure with friends.

Staying here for a night with a deluxe room at 20th.floor where there's a slight corner sea view. love it!. The only downside is the wooden floor is a bit dusty. food served for the celebrity buffet and morning breakfast are delicious and lots of varieties. Overall is a pleasant stay at MGM Qingdao. will definitely be my priority choice for next visit to Qingdao.
