民宿靠近大海，距離海邊衹有5米左右，推門出去就能到海邊，房內網紅風的設計，大落地窗，拍照打卡超出片，有很大的投影幕布，可以看看電影。另外免費停車，導航可以直達，體驗不錯。

1、位置:在景區內，距離核心景區/餐館聚集點有2公里，交通很方便；
2、外觀:靠近海邊的民宿，周邊環境安靜，住在這裏讓人舒心放鬆，很適合度假；也有設計感，晚上拍照很出片；
3、衞生和設施: 衞生乾淨整潔，房間內打掃的很乾凈，床單被罩也比較整潔。房間裏有很大的投影儀，獨立衞浴，熱水來的很快，一次性洗護用品備的也比較齊全。
4 、吃飯: 比較方便，因為在離着景區近，所以點外賣配送時間比較長，但可以電話給 景區附近的 餐館，周邊的餐廳做好以後，給送過來很快，差不多半小時就OK 。在房間外的小枱子上用餐，可以一遍看大海，一遍吃着海鮮，用餐環境沉浸感十足！也可以開車去餐廳吃，差不多5分鐘車程；整體生活條件比較方便。
5、沙灘: 在房間內就能看到大海，窗外風景優美，推門步行5-6米就能到達海邊沙灘，很方便趕海，夜裡坐在門口聽海。
6、其他優點:客服提前有通知入住訊息，説了些注意事項，有問題反饋也能及時協助解決，房間有投影儀，可以投屏看電影。
整體度假體驗很棒，管家服務很好，拍照出片，景色很美。適合度假。

房間很大，很乾凈，日用品齊全，管家非常熱情，及時響應住客的訴求，服務非常好。
270度海景盡收眼底，門口也有座椅可以看海景，上午和晚上都可以趕海，小朋友非常開心，挖到很多蛤蜊，還捉到很多螃蟹和寄居蟹

房間和屋內的用具都很乾凈，面朝大海，沙灘可以趕海，抓小螃蟹。人類和小狗都非常喜歡！好玩，愛玩，下次還來。適合多日住宿，至少連住兩天。
另外，老闆人非常好，能力強，啥問題都能解決！就沖老闆，來青島一定會再來住！

衞生乾淨，房子很大，落地窗很招人喜歡，坐在床邊喝着茶看着大海，別有一番韻味，窗外景色宜人，有私人沙灘，海邊可露營，早晨可以看到海上日出。很浪漫。美食美景，度假好地方

位置: 在景區內但是距離核心景區/餐館聚集點有2公里
外觀: 平房改造的名宿，周邊環境比較偏，也比較雜亂
衞生和設施: 有些比較明顯的問題，已經和店家溝通了。另外建議廁所加個浴簾，或者調整淋浴頭位置，不然沒有地墊，廁所洗完很容易濕淋淋一片
交通 : 不是自駕不太建議，去遠的目的地能叫到車，但是問題是你去旁邊吃飯，我們遇到的問題是，兩公里司機大概率不願意接單。要麼步行。可是萬一下雨或者身體不適限制就比較大了。
吃飯: 因為交通原因，旁邊衹有些客流不大的小館子，可以選擇2公裡外的餐館，電話聯繫可以送達 （其餘外賣可能需要45到60分鐘）這點客服也有提及，我們忽略了。
沙灘:退潮看到的沙灘很臟，但再往前面走點沙子會乾淨很多。不過很方便趕海，夜裡坐在門口聽海還有小狗子陪也是獨特的享受。
其他優點:客服提前有通知入住訊息，説了些注意事項，有問題反饋也能及時協助解決，我們退房那天遇到嶗山景區關閉還給我電話提供其他遊玩方案。房間投屏有會員，可以看電影。門口有兩衹小黃狗，可以擼。房間廁所和飄窗處都有窗户，房間能通風。

第二次去入住了。老闆服務一如既往的好，民宿位置很好找，沿着環海公路直達就到了，民宿在海邊，推門就是大海，步行5米就到達沙灘，躺在床上就能看到美麗的海上日出。孩子玩的特別開心，在私人沙灘上能玩一整天，我們在房間裏可以看着窗外的大海，品着茶。這種度假生活老愜意了。哦對，門外不遠處還能釣魚，可以釣到螃蟹，下次帶着孩子再來，體驗一下
