Qingdao Haitian Hotel

A must stay hotel when travelling to Qingdao. The hotel has exceptional amenities including a well equipped gym with an amazing view, pool, hair dressing and spa facilities. The customer service especially was great. During our stay, Aimee小林from the team at Qingdao Haitian made our stay seamless, proving us updates and answering any questions we had on WeChat. Came to visit during low season, hotel price is reasonable. The hotel is nice, great view, all staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially my room manager ike 小張, who provided excellent services and made my stay very pleasant. Breakfast has a wide range of selection. Hotel is right next to one of the beaches, and is about 10-20mins drive from most famous sightseeing areas and qingdao railway station. Hotel also offered a complementary ticket for the sky observation at the next door building, it is quite interesting and worth a go.

The hotel is beautiful and perfectly situated. Everything was stylish and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Godfrey frequently send WeChat messages to ensure that I have everything I need and enjoy all the benefits the hotel has to offer. I will definitely return.
