3-Star Hotels in Qingdao

The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are just great, it's within close walking distance of May 4th square, the coast and the Mixc mall is practically in the same building complex. It's an ideal location for business trips, or vacation. The rooms offer enough facilities that if you are staying long enough you can cook for yourself, you can also get assistance from the staff to order take-aways, and there are a large number of different kinds of restaurants nearby. Also there's a 7-11 convenience store within 2 minutes walking distance from the entrance to the hotel. And getting a taxi is very easy and convenient through the Didi app. If you're familiar with how things work in China, it'll be really easy for you to feel at home, if not, the staff will do their best to assist you with anything you need. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff at reception were very helpful and kind. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I also enjoyed the tasty breakfast. Definitely value for money!

A good and well established chain hotel. Very good value since the location is not that central and therefore not expensive. It's still good as a base to explore different parts of the city without habing to spend much more on more central hotels. May Fourth Square it's still two metro station away.

The staffs regardless at the reception or the restaurant is very nice & caring. It's breakfast is great. For me is better than 4 star hotel that we have stayed in terms of taste & certain item u can't find in them. We have lunch & breakfast there in their famous restaurant. Location is located at walking distance to St.Michael Cathedral & Zhangqiao Pier... Room amenities offered better than what 5 stars will offered...However the bathroom is a bit tiny for us. Fine place, kind staff, not exactly authentic or anything Chinese (or Irish) but does the trick. However don’t expect quality coffee despite the name and the heavy advertisement about “coffetel”. They were unable to provide any on the first day we arrived and when getting one on the second day, it was probably one of the worst coffee I’ve had in a long time lol. Convenient enough location.

The location is perfect, a one minute walk from the May Fourth Square and staff is very friendly. The room was not very clean upon arrival and they barely clean after your arrival (not an issue but first time seeing the bed not made). I had a no window room and it was quite hot despite having the AC on, the staff notified me that they don't have AC on right now but could bring me a fan if needed. Show

My stay at Qingdao Tangman was very enjoyable. Service here was excellent with regular cleaning and updating of amenities when needed. Having stayed here for an extended period, the hotel certainly began to feel homely. The presence of a washing machine was certainly a great help too, although drying facilities were less good. The location on the whole is quite good - the nearest subway station is just a short walk, and there is a pleasant park just across the road where one can go for a stroll. As well, there are several restaurants nearby and a 7/11 just downstairs should one need to purchase anything quickly. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

The location is very good. There are a lot of food, drinks and accommodation nearby. It takes only an hour to get from the airport and it is still the intersection of the two lines. If it rains, you don’t need to walk on the ground. Enter through the gate of the subway shopping mall and go straight 10 meters to the elevator to the hotel lobby (Picture 2 shows the restaurant brands seen in the elevator). After completing the formalities in the lobby, go to the 4th floor and take the elevator to the upper floor. It would be nice if the carpet and floor in the room could be replaced, but the sheets, sink, shower and toilet were all cleaned very clean, and the toiletries were sealed.

It’s great to miss traveling during the National Day peak period. There is no traffic jam and there are few people at the scenic spots. The hotel I chose on Ctrip is really good. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, including a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, and a floor-to-ceiling floor. The clothes drying rack is very suitable for permanent residence. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide great lighting and a great view. The wet and dry separation of the bathroom and shower does not affect each other. The room is very quiet. The double-layer soundproof door makes it easy to sleep at night. There is a subway station downstairs, which is very convenient to go anywhere. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. There are 24-hour convenience stores and pharmacies around. Perfect weekend in Qingdao! The hotel is located near the embankment and not far from the promenade area. The central railway station is also within walking distance if you do not have large luggage. Despite the fact that the furniture in the rooms is not the newest - the hotel staff maintains excellent cleanliness. Thanks to them for their work! As in many hotels in China, trying to turn on the ventilation results in the smell of smokers from neighboring rooms/floors coming through. How I wish Chinese hotels would switch to total non-smoking! But overall, this is an excellent hotel for the warm season!
