The second time I stayed here, next to Huashi Tower in Badaguan Scenic Area, it is suitable for families with the elderly. Some buildings do not have elevators, and the restaurant is convenient for eating, but the taste and variety are limited.

This has to be one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Qingdao, right up there with The Lalu, Diaoyutai, and St. Regis. But it's more affordable than all of them. Overseas, we generally agree that staying at a St. Regis is just paying a 'stupid tax'. The views here are the best, and the location is as unbeatable as the St. Regis, with two similarly-ranked buildings in the same prime spot (next door).
The real highlight, though, is the buffet upstairs. If you haven't tried the buffet here, you're seriously missing out. I'd give it a 9.9 out of 10. The only minor imperfection was that the cleaning staff in the lobby weren't very professional. When they roll up the carpets, they should really put up a warning sign to alert guests to watch their step. I tripped last night. Luckily, I'm quick on my feet; an elderly person probably would have fallen, and then that staff member would be out of a job. I hope they can improve safety in the future. The manager at the hotel lobby was very kind and upgraded my room for free, which I really appreciate.

Very satisfied with this hotel. We arrived at 11am and was allowed early checkin. Stayed in King room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sound proofing was amazing. Right next to the tourist ZhongShan Rd yet it was completely quiet! The lady receptionist was very helpful and kind when we needed help. Location was superb. We could visit the attractions and return to the room to rest back and forth as it was all within walking distance. Stayed only 1 night, as we had already booked another place. Nevertheless it felt like we had stayed like a few days as we were able to do so much within the short stay there.

The room was spotless and well-equipped, featuring a charming retro-style courtyard design. Most importantly, it's located right on Shangjieli Pedestrian Street, which I consider Qingdao's best spot for photos, shopping, and soaking in the local vibe (Yinyu Lane is close but doesn't compare). As soon as you step out, you're surrounded by various small shops, so you'll have no trouble finding food, drinks, or entertainment. Don't bother booking breakfast with your room; there are plenty of breakfast options right across the street. You're also right on the famous Zhongshan Road. The Cathedral is just a short walk away, and if you head south for about 800 meters, you'll reach Zhanqiao Pier, perfect for playing in the sand by the sea. On your way back, a seafood meal at '1937' is highly recommended and truly satisfying. The hotel also has a designated, very convenient parking lot, just about a 5-minute walk away. For day two, if you plan to drive to Badaguan, simply search for 'Badaguan Scenic Area Taipingjiao 1st Road Ground Parking Lot' for convenient parking. From there, you can walk along the coast directly to Huashi Lou (Flower Stone Building) and then explore the area's other attractions at your leisure.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, in a bustling area very close to May Fourth Square and the seaside. It's also only about 100 meters from the subway station, making it super convenient to reach nearby attractions either directly or with a transfer. The staff were very warm and friendly; we even received a small gift and fruit upon arrival, and a box of cookies when checking out. Our room was on the 17th floor, on the side, and the window offered a decent, clear view, with beautiful city lights at night. Although the room facilities felt a bit dated, they were thankfully clean and tidy. The toiletries and towels were all sealed, which gave us peace of mind regarding hygiene. The bathroom was fairly clean, and the toilet even came with a disposable seat cover, which was a thoughtful touch. However, the plant in the bathroom, a green radish, looked a bit withered, and the water in its bottle was foul-smelling with some root rot. It seemed the cleaning staff hadn't paid attention to it for a long time. I changed the water myself. I think if a hotel has plants, they should regularly check the water quality. The hotel breakfast was quite rich. The only issue was on our check-out day. We returned to the hotel a bit late, past the 12 PM check-out time, and inexplicably couldn't get back into our room as the card wouldn't work. Luckily, a cleaning aunt happened to be there and contacted the front desk staff, who helped us open the door to retrieve our luggage. Locking us out without any prior phone communication felt a bit impersonal and not very customer-friendly. Other than that, everything else was okay!

The room is large, very new, very clean, and the bed is comfortable, which is the biggest advantage of this time.
The location is close to the beach, the service staff is very good, and you can borrow an umbrella when it rains.
The corner of the room on the second floor is at the intersection of traffic jams. The sound of pedestrians and vehicle horns will wake up in the morning.
The most regrettable thing is that more than a thousand rooms do not include breakfast. I have not seen people eating breakfast on the first floor for a few days. I am worried about what to eat every morning. I can order takeaway and go to the takeaway cabinet on the first floor. Very inconvenient.

I came to Qingdao with my bestie to relax for three days. Manxi gave us a very good experience. First of all, the service staff was very good. Breakfast was delivered to the room on time. There were both Western and Chinese breakfasts. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry and did not experience afternoon tea. Secondly, the accommodation environment was also very good, clean and quiet. The toiletries were byredo and the hair dryer was Dyson. Finally, it was unexpected that the photo effect of the retro villa was not bad~ps. It is very close to the check-in point of Qingdao Red Wall and can be reached on foot~

Facilities: The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The butler service was very attentive and thoughtful.
Hygiene: Spotlessly clean, the temperature was perfect, and there were no unpleasant odors. The soundproofing was also excellent.
Environment: The traffic getting here was incredibly congested, so I'd strongly advise against driving. A heads-up about peak times to avoid would have been really helpful.
Qinyu Road Instagrammable Couple's Afternoon Coffee & Cake:
Both the cake and coffee were of excellent quality, truly great from presentation to taste. However, the service attitude wasn't as good as what you'd find at a guesthouse. When verifying our room number, the staff quickly scanned one page and immediately claimed they couldn't find our booking, despite it being on the very next page. They came across as quite impatient and unprofessional.
Nevertheless, the ambiance and the food quality were excellent, and the breakfast was also delicious.

Location is very convenient indeed, with the metro almost at the door, a modern shopping mall and a supermarket across the road. Front office and hotel staffs are polite and responsive. Downside: aircon temperature cannot be set although there is a control panel in the room. Room is too cold and felt “damp”. The lighting in the bathroom is too dark. Difficult for makeup. Bath towel has holes. Coffee at breakfast is very bitter, the worst grade I have had in my four hotels stay in Shandong.

Excellent
MM259551****The hotel is very new with modern decor and an impressive lobby. The front desk staff, especially one lady, was amazing. She patiently checked us in, upgraded our room, and was so kind and helpful with our child. Seeing we had a lot of luggage, she even helped carry it up to our room. Mineral water is readily available at all times. The laundry room is incredibly convenient and fast for both washing and drying, and you can leave a note for staff to deliver your clothes back to your room. The laundry room and gym are next to each other, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a fantastic view of the sea. After dinner, I enjoyed a great workout at the gym for half an hour while my clothes were drying – it was perfect. The location is also excellent, just a five-minute walk to the First Bathing Beach and about a ten-minute walk to Badaguan. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Qingdao!

AAnonymous UserI was about to leave but decided to extend my stay for another day. I just couldn't bear to leave the beautiful surroundings and scenery here. I have to say, watching the sea from the rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing. You don't even need to walk to the beach; just go upstairs and you can see the ocean. Watching the sunset was fantastic, and the check-in experience was perfect. I really liked their breakfast; you can choose your own time to eat in the morning, and it's quite varied. Overall, it was a much better experience than any other place I've stayed.

GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is really good, just on the mountainside of Signal Mountain, the surrounding attractions are particularly concentrated, and you can walk to popular places such as Comic Street, Zhanqiao, Xiaohonglou and Governor's Mansion. The hotel is hidden in a quiet residential area, quiet in the middle of noisy, there is a small independent yard and free parking. It is very convenient for tourists who drive here. The facilities are also satisfactory: there is a large TV and high-speed WiFi in the room, whether it is to watch drama or office is enough; The bathroom has a large water flow, the water is smooth, and there is hot water 24 hours a day; the house is water hot and central air-conditioning double heating, the equipment is new, and it is particularly comfortable to live in winter. The service is nothing to say. The boss is a enthusiastic local uncle, familiar with the surrounding road conditions, can give you reliable travel advice, help tourists plan efficient routes, and avoid wrong roads. No matter what your needs, he can respond quickly, and he personally follow up and solve them. The service attitude is professional and caring, which makes people feel particularly good.

YYushengyoucha, shengmingyouqu! This time I took the baby out to play and stayed in five hotels. Yuwen is the most like me!
The boss is a tasteful senior travel player. The room and living room are beautiful and practical, as if I were back at my own home. The air conditioner has been turned on for me, the room is very clean and full of accent.
We stayed for three nights and everything was so beautiful. When I was lying in bed, I thought that this century-old old house must have had a story of Xudu?... Every piece of furniture is telling its own history. In my spare time, I gently stroked these with my hands; They are warm things for me...
Every chair is so comfortable to sit on. Even if I travel out, I can enjoy a short reading time. The daily life of happiness is that you can keep that calm from time to time.
In short, staying at Yuwenjia gave me a perfect ending to this trip to Qingdao. Thanks to the play guide and food information provided by the boss, we experienced four food, all very good.

__WeChat239379****I originally booked a B&B before, but when I arrived, I found that the washing facilities were provided by water heaters, which did not meet the hot water demand for washing at all. I booked this hotel temporarily and the price did not increase during the Chinese New Year. I was very conscientious and even upgraded to a sea view room for free. The room is very clean and soundproofed well. You can see the beach right outside the door. There are many types of breakfast available. The security guard is very enthusiastic and takes the initiative to help us carry our luggage to the room. The service is very good.
