晚上7.52訂的房間，到酒店以後發現訂的房間和入住的不一致，答覆是訂的房間沒有退房（我晚上訂的房間，之前的入住人沒有退房我感覺很奇怪的是為什麼晚上8點了還顯示有這個房型，即使沒有退房，我是晚上11點左右到的，也沒有提前告知房間換了），之後去洗手間，做上去發現有液體（回覆的是阿姨沒有打掃乾淨，同時質疑我上廁所不看有沒有積液），上完廁所發現有蟲子，提出是否可以退房，回覆是不可以，我要求把按金退還，然後告知酒店我會做差評，結果酒店説我為了上大號去他們酒店，質疑我上廁所不看馬桶是否衞生，無語了，大半夜的換了酒店，差不多有15公里的地方！對於酒店的環境，服務，衞生，以及後面的投訴回覆衹能給差評，做生意質量服務是第一位的！希望能夠引以為戒！
