I have stayed at this hotel many times, whenever I return to Qingliu County during the Spring Festival or other holidays. The staff’s warmth and sincerity have left a deep impression on me. Most of all, the locally inspired breakfast brings back memories of my childhood.

帶着長者孩子回老家，這次出行最滿意的就是住這家酒店了。房間裝修的很精緻，景觀很贊👍，可以算目前清流最好的酒店了。服務人員態度都非常好，客房看見我難受，主動提出給我蜂蜜水。前台的小美眉們看我不舒服就幫忙我帶孩子玩兒，孩子捉了蚱蜢還細心的幫孩子找瓶子裝、給瓶子打孔，我們順利把蟲子帶回了福州，孩子非常開心。謝謝你們。

地點位置很好，旁邊80公尺就有賣場，飯店寬敞明亮，還有免費停車，前台小姊姊很有服務熱忱，對住客提問，都會明確的回覆或協助你解決問題；客房設施都智能化，智能馬統，感應電視，電動窗簾；另外隔音也很棒，不會有太多干擾音傳進來，最後就是餐廳的早餐，真的好，真的棒，種類品項超多的，我們慢慢吃，吃少少，吃了過癮，總之，推薦啦^_^

房間裝修的很有創意，可能太適合拍照了，我們住的兩天都有人結婚鬧新房到半夜，嫌吵的可以請前台換到安靜的房間。房間新裝修的，還有一點點味道，餐廳早餐衹到9點半，其他都還好吧

**入住體驗**：總體滿意，但細節需改進
這次入住清流金水灣酒店的整體體驗尚可，環境整潔，員工服務態度友好，但仍有兩點問題希望酒店重視並改進：
1. **早餐兜湯品質欠佳**
4月5日早上的兜湯口感較差，地瓜粉比例過高，幾乎吃不到肉末，湯汁也過於寡淡。對於趕時間的客人來説，早餐本應提供便捷和能量，但這份餐品實在讓人失望，建議後廚適當調整配方或提升備餐標準。
2. **淋浴水温不穩定（1111房間）**
入住期間（連續兩天）發現房間淋浴水温忽冷忽熱，非高峯期用水時問題同樣明顯，洗澡體驗非常不適。希望酒店能及時檢修，避免影響後續客人體驗。
**其他方面**：客房衞生、床品舒適度、前台服務均符合預期，公共區域設施維護也較好。若能改善上述問題，相信能帶給客人更完美的入住體驗，期待下次入住時有所提升！

住過那麼多酒店，金水灣這家酒店讓我感覺衞生是最乾淨的，，一進大堂就給人一種很舒服的感覺。前台小姐姐的笑容都非常好，辦理入住非常快，房間的床睡着很舒適，隔音也很好，即使入住率很高，也聽不到什麼噪音。第二天的早餐很豐盛，清流特色的兜湯非常好喝，這個價格可以住到這麼高檔的酒店，真的很值得。下次到清流，還會繼續選擇這家酒店。
