This hotel is new and very clean. Staffs are very friendly and breakfast is good. Ms. Luo very Co operative and service good.

The overall feeling is relatively high-end, like a business hotel, very cost-effective, the style is relatively modern, it feels quite new, the equipment is smart, and even the voice assistant is used. This is the first time I have seen it, and I feel like my Xiao Ai classmate at home. I asked her to close the curtains, but she didn't. I don't know why. Everything else is in line with expectations, except that the parking spaces are a bit crowded and getting off the car is a bit tight.

意爾康總部邊上的酒店，感覺最開始是老闆用於內部招待的。酒店很新很乾凈，服務也很到位。
尤其要誇一誇酒店三樓的中餐廳，應該是專門做宴會的，沒有大廳衹有包廂，每個包廂裝修都很舒服，每道菜菜量基本都是10人份，我們3大2小點了三個菜就完全夠吃了。每個包廂還會送一個極其豪華的果盤，大人小孩都很滿意。

五一路過青田住在這裏，價格非常合適，周圍雖然是工廠但是完全不吵，應該是住到意爾康集團的大本營了，而且我想説的是酒店離市中心很遠，來這邊需要在意去市區吃漂亮飯的距離，大約是25分鐘左右的車程.
衞生可以，保潔打掃及時，設施不智能化，希望下次裝修可以更好，客户服務很好，前台雖然沒有防止應急箱，但是要風油精還是立刻拿到了
停車場第一次來不知道，得再開開哦
